I am working on my RSVP cards today and I need some help!

We are having a BBQ for everyone the day before the wedding, and my mom just asked if I can include an rsvp for that too so they have an idea of how much food to get...

The problem is I had the cards designed already without that on them, and now I am having a hard time deciding how to lay it out. Oh, and I also wanted to add our website rsvp option too.

Here is what I had:

And what I have so far with the new card - but I think it looks really crowded:

Any Suggestions?? Should I do a separate card? Should I put "RSVP to 555-1234" on the BBQ invite and just have it be informal like that? Help!

Here is the BBQ invite so far - there is room for me to add a phone rsvp on there, but would that be a pain for people to have to rsvp twice??

I don't think the 2nd card looks bad at all. But are you inviting all the same people to both events? If not then you may want to make it separate.

I don't think it would be bad to just put the RSVP notice on the bottom of the informal BBQ invite either.

Yeah, I think we are going to end up inviting everyone to both events - that is a good point though. I will double check on that with my mom...

Thanks!!

I think all of those cards look great. Personally, if you are going to invite the same people, I would put it on one card. Less postage, less mail, etc. If not, two seperate cards would work. Either way, I think they all look great!

I agree with Brandi. I like the looks of the RSVP card, and I were a guest invited to both, I would appreciate only having to send back one card with all the info on it.

That being said, if you are not inviting all of the people to the BBQ that are being invited to the wedding, I would send two seperate invites and response cards.

I really like the style of your responses, invites and website. It is so simple, yet so elegant!

Thanks for the help ladies! It looks like I am going to keep everything on the one card...
