No totally different place, this is the Regina Webb Salon and Day Spa, they are supposed to be the "creme of the crop". I wouldn't grace that other hags shop again for love nor money! I am horrendous about my hair and I spend a TON of money on Shampoos, hairspray, gels and trims...she can kiss my moolah goodbye!

Did you know something similar happened to me with the lady that had done my hair for years!? On my wedding day I got there 15 mins before my appointment and waited for nearly an hour! Then she told me I should have washed my hair before I came (it wasn't like it was that dirty, plus she always washed it before she did anything before when I would come and she didn't tell me otherwise this time) then told me she couldn't do what I wanted with my hair. She recommended something else and I trusted her ... long story short I wasn't too happy and I haven't been back since.
