Hardly working

Well, my boss has left for the day and she didn't leave anything for me to to which is a nice surprise, but I'm pretty bored now. Anyone have plans for the weekend? I wanted to go shopping but I might not go now until next weekend. I'm off next Friday because I have a dentist appointment and my boss said I could take a sick day. :)

My plans for the weekend mostly involve relaxing. The HOA was going to have a community yard sale tomorrow, but it's supposedly going to be storming so I don't see that happening, and I'm trying to reschedule a florist meeting that got canceled last weekend due to snow, but other than that...playing the Sims or Smash Bros.

Next week is also a four day week for me since we get Good Friday off. :)

Ahhh ... it is always great when the boss checks out early!

I have a fun weekend planned for today. I am off work today and me and FH are going to have our engagement pics done today at 6! With only a month til the wedding ... we have really put it off til the last minute!

Then this Sunday I am having my tea-party shower! (Thanks MissMess for the idea) It is being thrown by 3 of my BM's at this cute little Tea Room! I can't wait to share the pics with you guys!

I love tea rooms and I love tea! :) I also like playing Sims on the computer. It's so funny to me how my couple makes babies...they just lay in bed and rest and then BAM - they smile and the wife is pregnant, hehehe. Oh her morning sickness was so bad - saw her puke in the toilet and she was messy, got it all over the toilet! Hahahah!

Did you ever play the first Sims at all? All the couple had to do was kiss and a baby would appear, heh. Glad real life isn't like that!

I am working from home today and the phones are quiet, which means I am getting some painting done :)

As for the weekend .... lol I am painting.

We also have an invite to go out to my friend's annual "Martoberfest" party. Everyone gets together at his house. We bring our own beer and sausages. We stand around outside in the snow and hang around the barbeque. It's so warped that it's fun and this year is the 20th anniversary so there is a commemorative souvenir available for purchase! :rofl:

My friend is German (and his girlfriend is Italian) as are a lot of their friends that are coming so, they know a thing or two about sausages. I told DH that we should show up with plain ol' hot dogs LOL

I love that game way too much.. I just got one of my dudes alien preggers.. And his daughter is a little ho bag. I can't wait for her to get preggers.. A LOT. Heh.

Hehe, I'm just as bad. I use the Inteenimater hack too (although I'm currently waiting for them to update it for Freetime) and create all sorts of drama in my neighborhood.

I'm excited for Sims 3 as well!!

Haha, i'm so sad i can't use inteen right now either.. =/ So many neat things (like not having to make friends)..

Sims 3 looks SO SWEET!! the seamless neighborhoods.. And the townies aging!!! D= i want now!

I'm really excited about how you get to choose specific traits. Maybe they will have somewhat of a personality now. :D

There are like 80-100 traits to choose from, too.. Its going to be SO HARD! But its going to be so cool!! *^^* Haha, i can't wait to make my sim get married like 10 times, having a kid at least once each. It sounds amusing. Or making a home wrecker.. Or any other such fun thing. LOL
