So how'd you do it? Where did you get the topper to begin with? How much was it? How much was the DIY part of it?
*interested to know more*

I purchased the letter for 3.00 .. you can get them from a guy and he charges 3.00 a letter and you can get pretty much any font and size you want. I bought three letters and the shipping was a little over 6.00.
I just painted them white and then bought the crystals to glue on them.... The crystals are 3.99 a bag but I got them for 40% off x 2 bags. It took a little less then two bags to cover the entire "M" that is pictured. I really cant say how long it took. I would guess 1-2 hours ... I just did it yesterday while I was working : ) I work sooo hard.
If you want the email address of the guy that sells the letters just email me ... lilbobo1980@comcast.net.
I am thinking of making these and selling them :)

It's beautiful.
I wish I had done a DIY cake topper.
I ordered one from ebay. It wasn't exactly the one I wanted, but I was trying to cut costs a bit. I paid for it on February 19th and it still has not arrived.
As of now, it's my biggest wedding stresser at the moment.
(LoL, if that is as bad as it gets, it's all good) :)

Oh, I love that! I kept searching for the letters to make them, but they were all too expensive and the premade ones don't come in black and white. I'm totally e-mailing you :bbmrgreen:

That is really cute! How are you sticking it in the cake? I didn't see prongs or anything. Just curious! Nevermind... I just looked at it again and your thumb is covering it. Sweet!

I agree with everyone else you did a great job! I want my cake topper to be something like that but my FH picked out our cake topper and since I have shot down all of his other ideas I had to go with it :bblol: It will look cute on the cake though I guess. You are so creative, I've looked at all of your other posts and you do a great job with the DIY stuff!
