I just realized that one year ago today I got engaged. Wow time really went by fast. I can't believe I forgot my own engagement anniversary. I will have to tell Sean when he wakes up. Maybe I can get dinner out tonight out of this.

Ow!! Yeah, we went to sushi on the anavarsary of the night we met, but I didn't realise it until yesterday. :bbconfused: I brought it up at dinner, though. I guess it was fate or something. We blew all of our money on sushi Wednesday, and then we went out last night.
How exciting!! Happy Anavarsary!

I'm kind of surprised at how much time has been flying late ly too! Although, it still seems to be crawling by when I think about how much longer we have to go. Everyone keeps telling me it's coming up fast!
Congrats on your anniversary Lacey! Hope you get a good dinner! :)

I'm heading out the door. We decided on a tapas/wine bar for dinner. Then down the street tonight at a local bar is a U2 cover band that is all acoustic. We are going to give that a shot possible. Hopefully they won't totally suck but I am not going to bet on it.

Happy Engagement Anniversary Lacey!
Time seems to be flying for me too, I can't believe my 1 year anniversary is just over a month away! I wonder what we will do.

We had so much fun. The food was great. We split a bottle of red wine then had a pitcher of sangria. The best thing is that tapas places expect you to hang out all evening so we just nibbled and drank and nibbled and drank. And of course they had olives. I think I must be the only person in the world who gets excited over olives. I love them! Our waiter was a riot too. We would order something and he would be like, "You don't want that, you want this, it's French. It is better" He of course was French. Frenchie was right, the stuff was fabulous. We did skip out on the cover band though. We were a little too tipsy so we just headed home. Which is probably good. Can you imagine them butchering a cover of "Where the Streets Have No Name" and me having to beat them to death with their guitars in my sad little drunken state?

Sounds like you had an awsome time!
I don't think i could have handled a band cover band in a tipsy state either. Sometimes i wonder how i make it through open mike night at our local jazz club. There is some baaaad stuff.

Hmm...Lacey, you beating people for slaughtering U2? I think you'd do that sober! LOL! Probably a good thing you didn't go when you were a bit tipsy!
Glad to hear you had a good time...guess what your next big relationship event is?
