we got new stuff yesterday!!:D lol we got a bigger car, i wanted a van but meh all three car seats fit in the back so im okay, and we got the kids a dual monitor dvd player for the back of the front seats so the kids can watch movies in the back. we do alot alot of driving and the kids get cranky real fast and theres only soo much snacks a child can eat... soooo we decided to dip into saving for something special for them, which ends up saving our sanity lol. im just really excited to test them out, we havent been out as a family yet so hopefully soon we will be and see how they work. lol i feel a little bad using tv as a backseat baby sitter, but they scream and the little one does alot of crying and the older one starts to cry because of the the younger ones crying..... its can drive a person crazy!!

just thought i would share my news :D :D :D

If TV in the care keeps them quiet, I'd be all for it ;)

well its hard to control kids in the car..you can't just hop back there and entertain them, so a tv is a good solution.

Aren't you due anyday now?? or did I already miss you having your baby? lol sorry, I've been MIA for about 5 days and haven't caught up yet

Congrats on the new car! I don't think you should feel bad about using the dvd players to babysit during car rides at all! It is much better to have the kids content by watching a movie than trying to get out of their seats and screaming and crying which distracts Mom and Dad from driving.

lol nope no baby yet, im due in three days!! my oldest sits on one side and my will be middle child sits on the other, new baby will be sitting in the middle. so the two older ones will have the veiws of the t.v s so lets hope the new one will be okay with just looking at toys lol

wow this is #3? I thought you only had one already. You're so young!! And so lucky!!! I can't wait to be a mom. I tell FH i want like 6 kids, just to freak him out hah

Wow, lucky you! I wouldn't feel bad about having a "backseat babysitter" -- a tv is way better than you turning around while you're driving to chastise them! (Not saying you do, but people do, lol)

lol i tell kyle we are going to have more lol he looked at the back seat and said you find a place to put them and sure lol
