View Full Version : O’where, o’where did it go?
I lost my watch over the weekend.. I have looked high and low.. In the bathroom, under the couch, in the car.. Hell I even checked my golf bag!
Its just driving me crazy... I have had this watch for years... Its like I mindlessly took it off and just dropped it.
I can not figure out for the life of me where it went! :(

I don't have it I promise. Too bad you cann't call it like a cell phone. I have to do that sometimes to find my phone. I'm retired Air Force, I lost my pager one time up in the T-Tail of a C-5 (largest cargo airplane we have) so I just climed back up their and called it. LOL

LOL Knowing my luck I would forget my watch's phone number just like I do with my cellphone... People ask me all the time whats my cell number, and I cant remember if for the life of me.. LOL

I often wish there was a way to page my keys, they always disappear on me. Although, it's not ALWAYS my fault...I have a 2 year old that enjoys hiding them from me.
You'll find your watch when you stop looking, it always ends up that way...or you'll find it right after you break down and buy a new one.
I think there is a key chain pager! :)
I have quit looking for my watch almost a day after my first post about it. Tonight I took some time to move the couch and other stuff and try to find it.
When I noticed that I did not have my watch I was at my mother-in-law’s house, so I have been asking them to look for it. Ill try to find it over Christmas.
Its really a shame, as I really like that watch. It was a gift! It was one of them solar watches that gained its power from just getting a bit of sun each day... really nice watch IMO... Im not going to give up looking for it, I could not think of that! :(
Right after that last post I knew I could not take it anymore just sitting around thinking that one day my watch would turnup.. So I started digging around.. I remembered that my wife had lots of bags from shopping on the day that I lost my watch. She has started collecting all the baby stuff we need for our new baby we will be having around March.. So I started looking in all the bags hoping I had dropped it in one of them, and had planned for the watch to go back home and I could pick it up from there. After digging all sorts of stuff I came up with nothing.
Then it hit me that I had played golf that day, and had dockers-style pants on, and when I got home I had done a triple switch from the dockers, to jeans, back to dockers, and then once more back to jeans before leaving the house... Sooo, I started digging through the pockets of all my dockers..NOTHING FOUND!
But wait! Once set of Dockers where on top of the laundry basket... Hmmm... and there it was 5 layers down on the left side, I had found my watch! :)
