DIY Garter "Something blue"

I completed this sometime back but wanted to post the picture. I bought "premade" garter ribbon/lace from Joann Fabric for $1.99/yd. I used just under a yard to make two garters. Then I bought the blue spool o' ribbon for fifty cents, and a pack of little blue roses for $2. So it was about $2.50/garter. I didn't use hot glue, I sewed the bows and roses on.
