Maybe if you put a chunk of floral foam over the neck of the bottle, then drop the candle holder piece on top. You can stick the flowers into the foam and they would surround the top of the bottle?

I think that what you can do is use orchids and put the stems around the candelabra or let some of them sort of fall, (dont remove the orchids from the stem but use the stem to fold it around the candelabra) sorry if I didnt explain myself very clearly
