Anyone having day after photos done?

I read somewhere about having photos done the day after the wedding. Getting dressed up again to take some informal shots that there might not have been time for. Anyone doing this and are you using a professional photog. for this?

Are you talking sort of like the "trash the dress" thing, but with both the bride and groom?

The only other thing I have ever heard of would be formal studio shots of the couple in their wedding attire after the wedding.

We're not doing any photos the day after the wedding - we'll be too busy driving to our honeymoon. But we do want to have another photo session a week or two after the wedding in all our garb - probably some outdoor shots since there will be no/little chance for outdoor pics at our wedding. I'm NOT trashing my dress though.

Not trash the dress-- but informal shots that you might not have had time for. Although I do love the trash your dress shots!

Yeah, I have never heard of anyone doing anything like this.

You should try to work out a timeline to get the pictures you want with your photographer and then follow that ;) Unless someone is late or something crazy happens you should be able to get it all done :happy:
