Ok, well, I can't rave about Vista Print enough, and I totally got all of these for only the cost of s&h ($13 for 200 postcards and about $10 for 200 magnets). They run free promotions ALL the time (sign up for their newsletter, it comes almost daily) and I ordered two separate sets of 100 free postcards and 100 free small magnets. I did the Save the Dates first and ordered them before we had picked a location (hence the non-specific town). I got the flowery border from www.istockphoto.com (http://www.istockphoto.com) and have used it on the postcards as well. I designed both using photoshop.
Here are the Save the Dates not a great picture, but the quality of printing is fantastic:

Our colors are smokey blue and mossy green, I was thrilled with the color I ended up on these with but have heard mixed things about their color printing, so went with B&W for the RSVP postcards. Their postcards are a little oddly sized (5.47"x4.21"); at www.overnightprints.com (http://www.overnightprints.com) you can get standard 4x6 postcards for about $30 for 100 and also have the option of getting matte rather than glossy front, which was tempting to me.

For the RSVP cards I wanted to incorporate the thermography raised printing of the printed card part of the invitation (the one thing I splurged on and had done by someone else). So I bought a great RSVP stamp from www.paper-source.com (http://www.paper-source.com) for about $6 and embossed the "RSVP" onto the cards. I did have a hard time (and am not completely satisfied yet) finding an ink that would stick to the glossy finish of the card, the first two I tried evaporated when I used the heat embossing tool, this one worked ok but I am waiting on one last stamp pad to come in the mail before I tackle all 130 to be stamped/embossed. I had hoped to emboss these with a super fine gold embossing powder but the glossy finish is a bit static-y for embossing powder to ONLY stick on the ink, so I really recommend using clear embossing powder on it.

BACK (please don't use mom's address to send hate mail, she's a really nice lady and I don't want to pi$$ her off , hehe ):

I really like those... the color is pretty. Now did they do the printing for you too? Or you got the magnets and did the printing on them yourself?? Can you do DIY STD magnets at home on your own computer anyways? Cute!:bblol:

They did everything! Except stamp and send em ;) We bought a packet of 120 perforated print at home notecards and some cheapie invitation envelopes (spent about $40 on those parts) from staples and used an exacto knife to cut two slits on opposite corners to hold the magnet. If you have a good graphics program and some computer know how I totally recommend doing them yourself, they are stupid expensive.
You can also buy sheets of business card sized magnets and print at home on an inkjet printer I totally think Vista Print is cheaper though if you get in on one of the 100 Free promotions. :)
Note about VP: I ALWAYS get 'slowest shipping 7-21 days' and it always takes 3 days.
