I don't normally watch idol beyond the try outs but I was flipping channels and just left it on ..... but what is up with Paula? She's incoherent and "dozy" looking!

The only reason I logged on tonight was to see what everyone had to say about Paula. Seriously, if AI expects us to believe that she is not on drugs, they are kidding themselves. She is such a brilliant musical mind, but she was downright embarrassing tonight. It's no wonder Simon rolls his eyes. Get the woman some help.

Her mind's wandering aimlessly. Even Randy had to interrupt her! Simon looked fed up with her.

As I watch American Idol I have my index finger resting happily on the mute button on my remote control I press down on it as soon as Randy finishes speaking and release it again when Simon starts speaking.

I've noticed that too. I'm pretty sure she is drunk for every show, because she just can't say anything that makes sense and she just rambles forever without any point. It's especially bad this season.

I guess I never noticed before. I normally "listen" to shows when I paint so I don't notice anything amiss. I just "heard" it tonight and had to look up :)

Weird. I don't watch Idol at all...so I just did a little searching online because of this thread...and I found out someone I know is a freaking finalist!!

David Cook is from Tulsa and was in a band called Axium and another called Midwest Kings...great local bands that I used to go watch all the time. One of my best friends was their sound guy and I hung out with them on many occasions.

I had no idea he was even trying out! I'm seriously living under a rock these days.

I had heard that Paula is a little off and I was looking on Youtube one time and there are tons of videos of her acting even worse than she does on Idol!! She just cant spit anything out :)
