I think as long as she's getting the proper nutrition she's fine. Some kids are just skrawny. But if you're really worried, theres no harm in taking her for a check up just to make sure she's okay.
A quick google search mostly came up with 40lbs average weight for a 5y/o, but if you're worried its better to put your mind at ease.

her weight is right around the 35th percentile for girls, give or take a little. the percentile doesn't matter as much as where she usually is on the growth curve. every time you bring her to the pediatricians office, they plot out her height and weight on a growth curve to make sure she stays along the same path she usually stays on . so like i said, the percentile doesn't matter as much as that she's always been around that percentile.

for ex. a child that is the 90th percentile who all of a sudden is now at the 40th percentile is concerning. vs. a child that has been on the 40th percentile line their whole life.

hope that makes sense. next time she goes to the dr, have them show you her growth chart.

here is an example of a growth chart http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/nhanes/growthcharts/set1clinical/cj41c022.pdf

hope that helps!
