It has taken me a while to post our honeymoon picture because my wonderful husband momentarily lost one of our memory cards. I never mentioned it on here because I was so worried sick that I couldn't even talk about it. He had put it up somewhere "safe" and couldn't remember where he stuck it. Well, we were cleaning today and he found it. He's a lucky man. Haha.
Get ready for lots of pictures! We were there for a week! I uploaded the pictures from one memory card and I'm posting those. I will post the others from the second memory card later tonight or tomorrow.

Dinner at world renowned Cafe des Artistes. An amazing artistic gourmet 4 course meal for $60. It would have been like $200 here at home. We'll go back again someday. Oh yes, we will!

Has anybody seen Goonies? I've been obsessed with that movie ever since I was a little girl. I watch it atleast a few times a year! Well, this pirate ship & sunset reminded me of the end of the movie. I was so very excited and almost cried. I am just that cool.

Yes, oh my gosh we did have such a great time! Now we just want to travel, travel, travel! We want to go back there someday. There were so many things we didn't get to do or see.

Oh, I so love that dress and it was so "mexico"! I really wanted to wear it on our last evening there, but I ended up with a sunburn and it just looked silly!

I was wondering if we were going to get any honeymoon pics! I"m glad yo guys found the memory card, I am REALLY good at putting something someplace so I won't lose it then forgetting where I put it lol so I feel your pain! The pics are awesome, it makes me want to go on my honeymoon again, but to someplace more relaxing. Looks like you had a great time!

Yeah, I went to Ross when it finally got cold here in Texas and they had all of their spring/summer clothes drastically reduced. I got so many things for $50. It was great!
Okay, so I'm going to post the second batch. There are a ton of them. I never realized how many pictures we take until now! We probably took 300 pictures that week. Crazy!

The next few pictures are us getting off the bus at the wrong stop and walking, walking, walking - hoping to walk past another bus stop. We ended up walking for THREE hours from the main road to our hotel. That's when we both got sun burned, a day before we were leaving!

We stayed at the Grand Mayan Nuevo Vallarta resort. It's actually a timeshare. There are always people selling their weeks on ebay.

These are soooo awesome! This makes me so excited for my honeymoon! What a beautiful resort and yall got some awesome pics! It truly shows in these photos how in love you two are! I think it is just wonderful!

Oh, we WILL be in Cali one day! I spent one summer of high school (with a group of Girl Scouts from all around the world) touring about 15 Cali colleges. I totally fell in love with Berkeley, but I stayed here in good ol' Texas to be with Chad. It's been about 8 years now but I always tell Chad how I want to take him to California, NYC, and Australia one day. My top three favorite trips! (Well, now our honeymoon is probably numero uno!)

And the Goonies house is in Aberdeen OR (about an hour north of Cannon Beach). The current owners of the house repainted it, so it doesn't look the same anymore. They had a goonies festival in Aberbdeen a few years back (before I moved out here).
Yes, Australia is an amazing place. I would recommend that trip to anybody! I spent three weeks there and absolutely did not want to come home. Of coarse, when I phoned my mom and told her she asked who the guy was. I admit, there was a guy in the equation, but really it's Australia itself that won my heart!
I love Oregon too! I spent many summers there as a child. My mom had family there and actually ran away from home in Houston as a teenager to live in Eugene w/ her aunt for a couple of years. I would love to go back there and live all of my Goonies fantasies. :bblol:
