I have designed my invitations with a bright orange font and a navy back ground... am I ruined? Is this possible?

If I go to a printer will they be able to make it happen or should I print the orange on a sheer piece and place it over the navy. Will the orange still stay vibrant?

I am thinking the second option is the way to go. But I have no idea what I have got myself into...but now I am in love- with both the design and my fiance.

Thanks ladies.

Are you trying to print these at home on your computer?

I think if you print on a navy paper you should be ok, but the bright orange will depend on the quality of the printer I think.

If you go somewhere to have it printed I would ask them what it would take to get the look you are going for or if they suggest another alternative.

Good luck!

Thanks for the response.

I was thinking about printing it at home but I would not cry if I had to go to a printer to get that portion done. It is something I see as essential to my project.

I hear what you are saying about the quality of the ink. I think I will give one a test drive, and then make my decision.

Thanks.

You might want to try embossing powder over it.. it would be time consuming but it might work!:purplex:
