As I was cleaning today, I remembered a really pretty candle that I was given last fall and realized that it would be a neat DIY project for a wedding centerpiece. It is an embedded hurricane candle holder- the holder is actually about 1/2 inch wall of wax that has pretty fall leaves embedded in it so when you put a votive candle in it, it is more of a luminary.

The candle is lit here, but because it isn't real dark in my house so you can't really tell - I will try to get another photo tonight.
Here are the instructions for making them:

They might be a little time consuming, but for those of you who like to DIY they might be a fun project and are really pretty!
