I am having my two aunts be my mistress of ceremonies for my wedding. Do you think a nice thank you card and a dinner gift card to a nice resturant is enough to give them for their help? Or should I get them something a little more nicer??

They are just going to make sure that things go smoothly. Like everyone is together when it is time for pictures, introductions, cake cutting, that all the guests know where they need to go, tell the dj if there are any changes in the order of things. Help people find parking spots, etc.

I always wonder what people mean when they say that .... this sounds like a coordinator ;)

But the card and dinner gift sound fine; maybe even a corsage :grinhappy:

I think that is a great idea. Something small and inexpensive...and maybe a little more personal.

I think they will appreciate anything you get them! =D But restaurant gift cards are ALWAYS put to good use...

My mom is in the process of making them a corsage right now!!!:bblol:

This sounds great to me, and I also like Brandi's idea of a corsage at the wedding. It will help identify them as members of the "wedding party family".
Many years ago, I attended my cousin's wedding and did not find out I was the gift table attendant until I arrived and read the program:purplex:. I hope she got all her gifts because I ate and danced and behaved like the guest I thought I was.
