I can't get it to post but it's ornaments and on the hook is a tag with the guest name and table number.

i went to a christmas wedding where they did something similar. instead of placecards, they just used fabric paint and painted their name and date on the christmas bulbs. it was really cute. my sisters and i all took ours home, and every year we hang it on our tree (i still go to my parents house and decorate the tree with them every year :) )
