Hey ladies! I just came across this as I was looking up our ceiling idea (it's in the journal if you're curious) and I thought it was a really pretty idea. Not sure if anyone was looking for anything like this, but it's pretty all the same. :)

It's made with 100 twinkle lights, white gossamer, silver trim, and white corrugated paper, with a standard gossamer hanger(pictured below) which you can buy or it looks relatively easy to make also.

It could be tweaked to fit pretty much any color scheme....just throwing it out there for you all!
