PMs Issues

I was in the middle of sending a PM, and it says that I'm not able to, and now I can't even access my inbox. Is it just me? Or is it the site?

Just wondering. I typed a pretty long PM and now I can't send it.

Before you do anything else ..... copy and past the text to word or an email you won't send. :)

Open up another browser window and see if you can't access your inbox now.

The only times I haven't been able to send is when my mailbox was full. :purplex:

Great minds think alike! I copied the PM to Word a second ago. I opened up another window and still couldn't access it. It let me delete messages from the inbox and sent folders (but they were not full to begin with.)

I also can not see my sig or edit it in my profile. So far, that's the only things I can see that are different.

Great minds think alike! I copied the PM to Word a second ago.

That's just experience talking .... I have lost far too many emails, PM's or posts. I normally copy before I hit the send or post button now LOL

Hmmmmm this might be better left to Brandi (I have notified her) but the only other things I can think to do are to, log out, reboot the PC (lol I don't know why but it works sometimes) and then log in and try it again???

I've also been known to knock the computer when everything else fails.

Yeah, I'm wondering if I log out if it will help. I'll try it now, but if I don't show up later tonight or tomorrow, it means it won't let me log back in!:bblol:

Some more adjustments were made to one of our anti-spam thingy, so I assume that was the problem. Your account should work fine now.

Let me know if you or anyone else has any similar problems :)

Yay, it just let me log back in! (Sorry, I was worried I was going to start OW withdrawals soon! LOL)

I can now access my PMs fine. I couldn't send it, though. Now it says she has either chosen to not receive PMs or does not have that priviledge. Hehe. Not sure if she changed her settings for some reason or it's part of what you were talking about.

We had been exchanging ideas and thoughts for the last couple days, so I'm not sure...

Thanks Elizabeth and Brandi for coming to my rescue so quickly, though!The only thing I can think of here is that the person you are trying to PM has the same problem or they are too new (or with too few posts). Either tell me who they are here or try to PM me and tell me and I will look into to it for you.

Mine disappeared earlier when I was having the PM issues. It came back after you fixed it, but now that my PMs are gone again, so is my sig.

So.. I'm a bit slow at noticing this, but.. Is there something wrong with my account? There is nothing under my 'welcome nekochanpurr' like, the PMs stuff or anything.. And my sig is gone. I went to my user profile, and also didn't see where i could add my sig again..? Is it just me?

Sorry I am just seeing this; we had made some changes in some of our anti-spam stuff and seems that a few regular members were affected as well.

Your signature appears to be back and I will double check your account to make sure it is back to normal too.
