OMG have I really not touched my journal in 6 months???
It's totally obvious, I've gained back ALL my pre wedding weight, and then some. I'm sooo bummed at myself. I'm starting my journal again in hopes to eat better and hopefully start exercising. I'm way out of control right now and I need to get back on the healthy path.
I packed a breakfast and lunch that I'm hoping to stick to today:
Breakfast:
1 cup raisin bran (3 points)
2/3 cup light soy milk (1 point)
1 banana (2 points)
Snack: 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (3 points)
Lunch: 1 pita pocket (1 point), hummus (3 points), olives (1 point), Yoplait light (1 point)
15 points before dinner.... I used to be able to handle it, let's see how I do now. I've tried going back on WW, but I've been getting the jitters and hot flashes like crazy if I don't eat too much. Soooo, we'll see how this goes. Wish me luck!!!
Welcome back!! Our lunches are very similar today. :D I actually had hummus on toast for breakfast too; I can't get enough of that stuff!

I haven't had hummus in a long time. My dad brought me two huge tubs of it for Christmas :D So I'm hoping to use pita/whole wheat and have it for lunch every day - if my stomach can handle it.
I've had heartburn soooooo bad whenever I eat healthy. I am now on Prylosec and so far it's working about 75% of the time. We'll see how eating healthy goes!

Good luck Justina! You'll do great. :)
I've never really gotten this whole point system thing - how do you know how many points you can have in a day? Is a point equal to a certain number of calories?
Always wondered! :)

Thanks! I have a booklet that helps me calculate how many I'm supposed to have. When I first started WW, I was able to have 28 points, so I'm just going off of that. When I drop below a 10 (such as going from 220 to 219), I'll take a point off my daily points. Then when I go from 210 to 209, I'll take another point off, and so on.
Also, calculating how many points you're eating? Basically, it's 50 calories = 1 point. In MOST cases. Fruit: Banana = 2 points, medium apple = 1 point, etc etc. I just remember some of it from when I was a paying customer.

Very interesting - I've always tried to figure that out! haha. I had a client for a while that was on WW and she would babble on about her points and I'd just nod my head. I could never figure out how something had 0 points - there was some soup or something she had that had zero points and I remember thinking that there are still calories so how you can not count it and if you just shoveled it in all day long continuously you could probably still gain weight, even without having eaten a point.
She just sort of gave me this look that implied she was trying to figure out what kind of person would shovel soup in all day long to see if they'd gain weight.
Sorry for the run-ons and stupid story. :)

LOL! There are "pointless" foods, that are actually really good for you. Most vegetables are "pointless" and still filling/very good for you. I made a vegetable soup one time that had zero points and I used to eat it every day for lunch when I was losing weight for the wedding. Hmmmm I should do that again :)
Breakfast:
1 cup raisin bran (3 points)
2/3 cup light soy milk (1 point)
1 banana (2 points)
Snack: 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (3 points)
Lunch: 1 pita pocket (1 point), hummus (1 point-modified because I only used about 1/3 of what I brought to work), olives (1 point), Yoplait light (1 point)
Dinner: a complete failure. Matt's mom offered to take us out to dinner and I had: Chicken Parm, salad, fetteccini alrfredo *doh*, and 3 bites of mac n cheese. I don't even want to count the points.
Today:
Breakfast: 1 cup raisin bran (3 points), light Silk soymilk (1 point), 1 16 oz coffee w/Splenda and no creamer.
I'm just going to post as I eat that way I don't have to go back and fix what I've planned versus what actually happens :ooh:
Haha...yeah I've thought about posting what I plan to eat, but I know that is totally not something that I can follow through with. Give yourself a little pat on the back...you did great for the first part of the day! Going out to eat Italian healthfully is not something that can be easily done at a lot of Italian places.

You're right, it's hard to eat healthy at Italian.
I started my day off good today, until I ate rotten yogurt and didn't realize it was rotten till the last bite of the cup. It had chunks of apricots in it, and I realized after I swallowed my last bite that the chunk I ate wasn't apricot. I looked at the container and the seal was broken on the bottom of the container... WTF!!!! So I was utterly grossed out...
..So I ate a banana to get rid of the taste.... then pumpkin seeds to stay awake (about 1/5 of a cup). Of course the LAST pumpkin seed I ate was rotten - had a sour taste to it and left a NASTY flavor in my mouth.
So I ate my veggie dogs (just plain, no bun or dip) and that helped get rid of that sickening feeling I had.
So here's where I'm at:
Breakfast: 1 cup raisin bran (3 points), light Silk soymilk (1 point), 1 16 oz coffee w/Splenda and no creamer.
Snacks: 1/5 cup seeds (2 points), yogurt (1 point - I don't know, does rotten add calories? LOL), banana (2 points), 2 veggie dogs (4 points)
Still not too too bad.... I'm at 13 points before lunch. I'm planning on partying tonight, so most likely I'll skip dinner and just snack in between beers. We'll see how that goes.

Ew! Rotten does not add calories if you throw it back up...sorry, couldn't resist...:)
You had some really, uh, rotten luck this morning. Hope the rest of your day remains mold free. :)
How are the veggie dogs by the way?
Oh hunny, that sounds absolutely horrible!
I've tried to do this about 5 times today, even clicked "reply" and never got around to doing it. Now that I'm off work, I can catch up!
Alright, so with New Years, and my dad being over for 3 days, I did terrible the past 4 days.
New Years Eve:
Breakfast: 1 cup raisin bran (3 points), light Silk soymilk (1 point), 1 16 oz coffee w/Splenda and no creamer.
Snacks: 1/5 cup seeds (2 points), yogurt (1 point - I don't know, does rotten add calories? LOL), banana (2 points), 2 veggie dogs (4 points)
Lunch: About 3/4 of a steak burger w/lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo - threw the patty away - 6 points?, chicken nuggets from Chik Fil-A - 8 points.
Dinner: Snacked on guac, chips, olives, and 2 pieces of pizza throughout the night (partying), and had alcohol of course. Have no clue how many points that was.
************************************************** *******
New Year's Day:
Brunch: Jackson Rancheria BUFFET :irked: - they have the best salad bar on earth. I had 2 huge salads (8 points with Ranch maybe?), and a bunch of other stuff... I don't even remember. I was probably at about 20 points for the meal alone.
Dinner: I don't remember :(
************************************************** *******
Jan 2:
Took my sister to do her baby registry, had some nasty buffalo chicken for breakfast (6 points), fried shrimp.
Lunch: 1 burrito, 2 gorditas (too many points)
Dinner: Pizza & salad bar... of course :ooh:
************************************************** *******
Jan 3:
Breakfast - (finally, I cooked) 2 eggs with cheese (6 points), 2 biscuits with country gravy (6 points)
Dinner: Sizzler - polished off the rest of my points for the day
************************************************** *******
Jan 4:
Brunch: Taco Salad with refried beans and no beef - 10 points?
Dinner: Sautee'd spaghetti noodles w/olive oil and cheese :ooh:, ice cream for dessert
************************************************** *******
Today:
Breakfast: Raisin Bran (3 points), Soymilk (2 points), banana (2 points)
Snack: Fast Break :irked: (5 points). pistachios (3 points)
Lunch: 1 burrito, 2 gorditas (20 points)
I swear, all we have to do is stop letting our family take us out to eat and we'd be doing alright. I am going to be cooking dinner tonight for sure, and hopefully throughout the week. Who knows though, it's finals week for Matt and myself, so I'm not sure how well the whole cooking thing is going to work for us.
Oh, and the veggie dogs are amazing. I like veggie dogs better than regular hot dogs. Loma Linda Big Franks and Linkettes are my favorite, with Morningstar Farms pulling up second place :)
Today:
Breakfast: Raisin Bran (3 points), Soymilk (2 points), banana (2 points)
Snack: Fast Break :irked: (5 points). pistachios (3 points)
Lunch: 1 burrito, 2 gorditas (20 points)
^^Monday^^
Matt decided we'd drive down to Monterey to sell his truck, so I of course couldn't cook for the road cuz we left almost straight from work and didn't get home till 3am. So, it was fast food for dinner again :(
************************************************** *******
Today:
Breakfast: Raisin Bran (3 points), soymilk (2 points), 16 oz coffee w/splenda and creamer (1 point?)
Ah hun, it seems like you're so down on yourself. You're just starting back up with the healthy thing; give yourself some time!
Progress, not perfection! :D
Thanks Keely. It's tough to be honest here in my journal lately. I'm talking about trying to eat healthier and there doesn't seem to be any effort. It's tuff.... I pack a lunch for work and Matt says "let's order lunch", or I'm not in the mood for whatever I packed to eat and I order lunch. It's an endless cycle that needs to stop. I packed a pretty decent lunch for Matt today in hopes that he doesn't finish it before lunch time, and packed me some popcorn so that when I get the munchies, I can pop a bag and that'll last me an hour or so.
Yesterday:
Breakfast: Raisin Bran (3 points), soymilk (2 points), 16 oz coffee w/splenda and creamer (1 point?)
Lunch: Chipotle salad (15 points?)
Dinner: Panda express
Oh, I hear ya. I was taking my lunch to work there for a while, but I never wanted it so I would buy myself something to eat. So I've started sacrificing some of my lunch break to drive home and make myself something healthy that I'm actually in the mood for. Luckily, I live very close to work!

I live just far enough away from work that I can't go on my lunch. I get a 30 minute lunch and home is about 10 mins away. But today we ate in! Finally, I think this is the first time since last Tuesday that we've eaten in and didn't buy lunch. Phew! That's one step in the right direction.
Lunch today: 1 pita pocket (2 points), hummus (2 points), olives (1 point), banana (2 points), and a few bites of Matt's bean and cheese burrito (2 points)
Now I just have to get on track with dinner :) I plan to cook tonight - while Tomatomac is not very healthy, it's a step in the right direction from eating out. Tomatomac and corn and peas for dinner tonight :) We'll see how much that jacks up my heartburn :ooh:
Breakfast: Leftover Panda Express (4 points)
Snack: Pumpkin seeds - still in the shell (1 point)
Lunch today: 1 pita pocket (2 points), hummus (2 points), olives (1 point), banana (2 points), and a few bites of Matt's bean and cheese burrito (2 points)
Dinner: Turkey sandwich (12 points)

Congrats on getting back to healthy eating! I am sure you will lose this extra weight!
Thank you Vicky!
Friday:
Breakfast: Tomatomac - 8 points
Snack: Pumpkin seeds in the shell - 2 points, 2 WW string cheese (2 points)
Lunch: pita pocket (1 point), hummus (2 points), olives (1 point), banana (2 points)
Dinner: Tomatomac (10 points), salad (0 points), ranch :urgh: (3 points), garlic bread (5 points)
I'm guessing on a lot of these points - and I'm hoping I'm guessing high. I am figuring 50 calories = 1 point, roughly. However, with garlic bread & tomatomac, I'm not sure what the calories are, so I am totally guessing.
************************************************** **************
Saturday:
Brunch: 4 chicken soft tacos (12 points), cheese quesadilla (6 points)
Dinner: Pizza at cousin's bday party :urgh: (lots of points), salad (0 points), ranch (2 points), pasta salad (3 points)
I forgot, I had a starbucks this morning :urgh: 5 points
************************************************** *************
Sunday:
Brunch: Starbucks donut (4 points), mini-scone (2 points), carmel light frap (5 points)
Snack: roast beef and mashed potatoes (2 points)
Dinner: tomatomac (3 points), 2 cups salad (0 points), ranch (4 points), chips (5 points)

This is probably a dumb question - but what's tomatomac? Do tell! :)

I've so gotta add this to the OW Cookbook. Tomatomac is one of my favorite indulgences. It's simply pasta, canned stewed tomatoes, saltines, and sharp cheddar cheese. Mix in casserole dish, sprinkle crumbled saltines on top and bake till cheese is melted. That's the basics... nothing fancy at all and it's SO YUMMY - if you use enough cheese :irked:

It is all the above - which is why it's a sinful indulgence. I can just eat and eat and eat it, since pasta isn't very filling to begin with lol.
Today, Monday:
Breakfast: Mac n cheese - about a cup and a half (8 points?), WW string cheese (1 point), banana (2 points), coffee with a little bit of creamer (1 point)
Snack: Pumpkin seeds in shell (2 points)
Lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat/12 grain bread since my pita pockets molded :urgh: (3 points), 2 Tbs Hummus (2 points), 1 string cheese (1 point).
Also, I've decided to switch to tea - I just have to remember that I've made that decision in the morning :)

Thursday:
So because of yesterday, I'm going to try something new: I've scrambled some eggs and I'm going to see how I handle eggs for breakfast.
Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs w/2 Tbs of cheddar cheese - 7 points
I went grocery shopping yesterday!!!!!! I got tons of veggies and fruits, got some portabello mushrooms I want to sautee with the eggplant I got. I got fresh basil to blend up with silken tofu to make my salad dressing so that I can eat salad without the millions of Ranch calories. Fresh strawberries, pineapple, apples, bananas, carrots, zucchini (to sautee with mushrooms and onions), and even those frozen veggies I mixed up and put in snack baggies for work! I'm getting excited. I also got fresh chicken breasts from the deli - I'm going to use shake n bake and bake them rather than fry them - I hear it's almost no carb and as long as I don't use a lot of oil, it'll be somewhat healthy.
So yesterday Matt's mom booked a cruise for us for his brother's birthday (his surprise birthday gift). We are hoping to tone down by the cruise and if we continue to eat like we're starting to eat today, then we should be doing alright by then!!! I'm going almost no carb.... tons of veggies and fruits and lots of water and tea.
The cruise is in exactly 3 months and 1 day. We were supposed to weigh in this morning, but forgot, so we'll be weighing in tonight, and making a chart and weighing in together every week until the day we leave for the cruise :whoohoo: I'm psyched!!!!!
Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs w/2 Tbs of cheddar cheese - 7 points
Lunch: 3 veggie dogs dipped in hummus (6 points), 2 hard boiled eggs (4 points), steamed veggies (0 points)
Dinner: 2/3 baked potato w/ 3 tbs cheese and 1 tsp butter - not sure how many points a baked potato is, but I'm going to assume 5 points total, salad with homemade basil/tofu dressing (1 point)
Snack: bell peppers
************************************************** ******
Friday - YAY!!!
Breakfast: Wholegrain & Rye tortilla - awsome find at Safeway! They have 15 g of fiber in each tortilla, crazy, (1 point) with boiled egg whites with relish and mustard salad (6 points). (I don't recommend the boiled egg with relish and mustard and nothing else - it was kinda blah lol), 1 apple (1 point)
Snack: Carrots (0 points), sunflower seeds to keep me awake (1 point)

hey Way to go on your wieght loss!! I am doing weight watchers also..I love it..I am alotted 24 points per day plus 35 flex points! If you ever need any ideas for meals let me know..I have a few WW cook books and some things I have come up on my own....Do u like egg beaters??? You can have a whole CUP of them for 2 points...I always add a bunch of veggies and it make a HUGE OMLET...you cant go wrong wiht that..I actually have a hard time eating lunch afterwards! one pointer its best to eat all of your meals..even if you have somethings small! It seems to help me...but you are doing GREAT! let me know if you want to buddy up and through different ideas back and forth!!!
Thank you! I don't think you want to wade through 30 pages but when I first started this journal I was on a STRICT WW plan... there are a few ideas through my journal. I don't think I could do egg beaters, but eggs are only 2 points each, and if I make an omlette, I only use 3 + veggies and cheese. Something that big, I wouldn't need anything else. That makes for about an 8 point omlette.
Thank you for your offer, and I'll definitely keep you in mind, same goes if you want to share ideas! Right now I'm doing low carb + WW. It's working so far!!!
Monday:
Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled with 1 slice of american cheese (7 points)
Snack: seeds (2 points), banana (2 points)
Lunch: Sautee'd veggies w/o butter! (0 points)
Dinner: In n Out: protein burger - no bun (6 points), fries (10 points)
Dessert: OMG :urgh: Cold Stone - 8 points
BUT: NO processed CARBS today :) So I succeeded in something at least!
Tuesday:
Breakfast: 3 eggs (6 points)
Snack: Popcorn (2 points), seeds (2 points)
Lunch: Tuna w/mayo and mustard (4 points) on a wholegrain tortilla (1 point), steamed veggies (0 points), chow mein (3 points)
Dinner: Dos Coyotes burrito - too many points and carbs.

Thanks.. I WAS doing pretty good until I got sick on Saturday, then I kinda am not feelin' chicken and eggs every day lol. I've got to get back on the wagon. I've been eating a little bit of carbs, but I still haven't had pasta - and I'm CRAVING pasta *doh*
I'm going to go through your journal and see if I can get some ideas since we both are cursed with acid reflux

Awsome! I hope it helps you somewhat. I know that I give in to my cravings more than I say no, so you won't see a lot of unique ideas lol. It's usually unhealthy food that I'm fine with. Anything healthy - wheat bread, salad, fruits and veggies - they are right below red sauce on the severity chart.

read the ingredients, it very well may contain Citric Acid to preserve it
ALMOST every boxed food does now
that is something I've been very careful about
soda is terrible for citric acid
whole wheat pasta does not contain any, so that's why I've been eating it
lemme go check something
brb
It never occured to me to check for citric acid - and that totally makes sense. Yes, soda does get me flared up as well. Hmmm.. I'll have to check that box when I get home. Better yet, I'm going to see if I can find it online.
since I dont' know what kind of pasta you had/brand, I can't search it
but I"ve done a lot of research, and I"m staying away from anything that contains citric acid, or any acid
hence, my bland diet
this is where I"ve been finding food lists:
http://heartburn.about.com/cs/dietfood/a/heartburnfoods2.htm
http://www.rense.com/1.mpicons/acidalka.htm
http://www.everydiet.org/diet/acid-alkaline-diets
Thank you. I should have known to steer clear of acids - it's kind of a no brainer but I didn't even think about it. I appreciate your in put on this. I will try the same meal but with whole wheat pasta and see if I have the same issues.
Thanks!

The reflux may have come partly from the white sauce as well. Anything high in fat can be a culprit. But a tomato sauce probably would have been uncomfortable for you as well! :whyme:

I had a rough day. All this talk about emotional eating - I think that's what I did - bad bad bad. From peanut butter with breakfast, to shrimp and onion rings (which were nasty from applebees btw), to ice cream and a quesadilla for dinner :urgh: Won't even go into points counting.
Starting the week off good though... Today I packed a decent breakfast and lunch with fruits and veggies to snack on.

that's what I had to do as well

Thank you! Once we're moved I will be doing some major grocery shopping :) I can't wait. I never thought I'd say that I couldn't wait to go grocery shopping
So Matt and I have been eating out every day for the past 2+ weeks because our water got shut off and I can't cook. This morning I asked him if we could do what we did yesterday - each get a $5 footlong from Subway and make it last for lunch and dinner. Still workin on that one. GRRNESS. I'm sick of cheap fast food.
So I've "only" gained 8 lbs... eating fast food for the last month +. My goal is to get my kitchen done this weekend so that I can go grocery shopping and STOP eating out. I'm so sick with myself! I'm 240 lbs.... I've NEVER been 240 lbs. I was 197 for my wedding *sigh*.
I'm tellin ya... once I can cook I'm so going to get back on the wagon. I'm hoping Matt will join me. I think I'm going to only buy stuff that is healthy. It's going to be more expensive, but worth it. My friend doesn't have ANY temptations in her home. She ONLY buys stuff that she can eat and still lose weight. I think I'll be doing that if Matt can handle it.

are you doing the points?
I started doing that last week, it's the only thing that keeps me on track
I was thinking about it - but right now it's a guessing game. When I cook I have no clue of the points... unless I use my cook book and I don't usually use a cook book. For now, I think I'm going to focus on portion control - like with the lasagna, I cut it up into 2x3" ish pieces and we're trying to have just that and a piece of fruit or some veggies for lunch. It's not a lot when you look at it, so it's all a work in progress now.
good luck, I tend to over eat that way
good luck, I tend to over eat that way
I overeat anyway, so any cutting down I can do is great. Plus, if we take our lunches to work and don't leave work - then we're more apt to follow the routine because if we only take one serving to work, we can't go to the fridge and get more.
I'm glad to see you started back on this! I woke up this morning feeling so refreshed and ready to be so healthy. Hopefully I keep on feeling that way! Portion control is key...keep up with it!
Thanks Keely!
My lasagna was a pesto lasagna - so it was loaded with olive oil, but I think I just finished it off so from here on out it's red lasagna. Yummy either way!
Also, my coworker asked me to be her guinea pig on her new Kashi waffles - so I tried one of those with a little honey after breakfast :urgh: and cup of hot chocolate because I couldn't stay awake when my boss was showing me how to work a database *doh*! Oh well, lunch was smaller than usual... :)

You see, after being vegetarian for 18 years, I still have a hard time with grilled meat. I was craving shrimp and hushpuppies, so I ordered the fried shrimp because I don't really like grilled shrimp (the texture), and I had hushpuppies, fries and a fish planck. GRRNESS. OH well... I'm baking chicken tonight for sure! We're having company over, so there's no backing out for me :)

I can't keep my eyes open at work this week. Might have something to do with having 4 hours sleep on Sunday night, but still. Munching, sipping, loud music... NOTHING is working! Usually if I'm on OW I'm okay, but even today I nodded off reading something on OW!

I seem like a bottomless pit lately - I ate a plate of pasta, an apple, and some ice cream last night and I wasn't even close to full. It makes me sick to face it, but I'm workin now on cutting down on carbs and salt. I'm way overweight and it's killin me. I wanna be healthy when I get pregnant... not disgusted with myself.

I am sorry that you're having such a hard time right now! Have you been able to associate your appetite with anything going on? Stress, hormones, happiness, work?
Well, I know I gained because we were eating out every day for 8 weeks, but we've cut down on that - Thank God!
I did stop the pill a while back... Hmmmm. That could be it. I am happier as far as life goes... We just bought a house, had a vacation, planning to TTC soon, and school is going well. Guess that could be it - maybe I"m just getting too comfortable.

Jillian Michaels dvd-30 Day Shred
she kicks your butt for 20 minutes a day, but it's sooooooooo worth it
I"m not losing much weight but I am losing LOTS of inches, and it's EASY
I hate hard/intense/complicated workouts, but this is simple jumping jacks/pushups/squats, etc
well worth the $11.99

20 mins a day huh? I'm going to have to give it a shot! I think I can manage that..... :D
Time to raise this thread back from the dead. Yesterday I started tracking my calorie intake on a new site I found: www.livestrong.com (http://www.livestrong.com)
I can type in just about anything and it'll tell me how many calories are in it - and then some. And I can keep a calendar of what I eat just like with Weight Watchers - but it's free YAY!!!! So now I've got a little more motivation because it's easier this way.
At the end of the day, I plan to copy and paste my meals here to share the values and so that I can keep myself motivated with ya'lls help :)
Matt just got a small check from school - we're talking about getting bikes and start riding soon... so I'm hoping soon means sometime this week!
August 5:
Breakfast
Granola bar: 190cal
Beef Jerky: 80 cal
Lunch:
Carls Jr. Low carb guac/bacon burger: 530 cal
Carls Jr. Fried Zucchini: 320 :irked: cal
Snack:
Fiber 1: 140 cal
Dinner:
Claim Jumpers soup trio with french onion, chicken tortilla, and potato with a slice of cheese bread: 595ish cal
2 Mozzarella sticks: 210
Over by about 40 calories from what I should be doing. Not too bad for day 2. Today should be an improvement.
yay for you
I'm on sparkpeople.com and have lost about 10lbs doing very low carb, which is so hard

I lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks on low to no carbs - it's just so hard cuz I LOVE pasta... so I'm just trying to watch my calorie intake.

Good Luck Justina! When I was tracking, I was using the sub page called thedailyplate.com It was a great site!
Thanks Katie!
I'm keeping up on the website, I just haven't been able to keep up here. It's not copy and paste like I was hoping - I have to type it all in, so I'll probably not get to posting it all the time :irked:

I know on thedailyplate.com if you ate the same stuff again it would save it at least. Ilive medium apples or the brand of cereal. Does that? I know they are connected sites, they should be similar. Hmmmm.
I'm not sure if it can transfer over or not - I just use it as minimal as possible lol. I input my food, keep in mind how many calories are in what, and try not to go over. However, I believe I did go over yesterday (second time yet I think) and today I may have slipped by right on the borderline.

Does it tell you how many you have left and the % of everything? Like how much of what you are eating is carbs, sugar, protein, etc? Thedailyplate tracks all that stuff for you. You put in your weight and how much you want to lose and it suggests to you how many of everything you need to eat. If you add any exercise it will increase or counteract the calories. I used it every single meal when I was trying to lose, it really worked.
Yes, it tells me all that - and I can even track my exercise and stuff but I don't track all that cuz I'm lazy :irked:
