Well I picked my shoes up yesterday, and I don't know what the heck I was thinking, i didn't try them on before I left the store. I was so excited to get them. I tried them on today, and they are too big! I think my blood pressure is a little elevated. The shoe they had my try on wasn't the same style and the bigger one felt better, so that is what I went with. These are a little big along the strap across the toes, and there is about 1/4 room in the back and slop when I walk! I sure hope that they will exchange them. oh-cr@p, oh-cr@p oh-cr@p!

I would think they'd exchange them as long as they don't look worn and you kept the receipt. Good luck!

Yes, bring them back right away! :O If they won't take them back, eBay them and buy another pair!

I had a similar disaster with bridal gloves, and it sucked. :( Good luck!!

I wouldn't freak out yet, I'm sure they can be exchanged. It will be fine, don't worry! And if this is the only problem or issue or have, you'll be doing great!!

Yes, I'm hoping that you can easily exchange them as well. Just do it quickly as the store will be more likely to work with you. I took back like two pairs of shoes before deciding on the ones that I fell in love with. It will be okay!

So, I called the store this morning, I was a little nervous. I told the gal that the shoes didn't fit at all. She said I thought that you tried a pair on in the store. I said I did, but they were a different style and those fit fine. She said for me to bring them in and they would take a look at them. So I went there after work, and the lady said all sales are final. I asked for the manufacturer's number and she wouldn't give it to me. She said that she would order another pair in size 7 and that when they come in I would try both sizes on and I would have to pick which ones I wanted. So, she is ordering them and she said she will keep the ones I am taking back. So, hopefully in a week or so I should get the new ones. :)

Congrats on getting the other shoes ordered. don't let them charge you more for the new shoes. We just ran into a problem with Men's Warehouse with tuxes, and they tried to charge us significantly more than what we contracted for and were rude two of our groomsmen - so stand your ground and take your receipt in with you.

If you have trouble, go online and search for the shoe and the style name and you might find them cheaper and can get them in time.

No need to worry. as long as you keep reciept and haven't **** it up. they will exchange the new one for you
