After months of compiling recipes, Levi and I finally got this ready to share.
Thanks to everyone that contributed something! Sorry if anyone got left out; depending on how this goes we may do another one and/or other types of compilations in the future :grinhappy:
Anyway, without further adieu, download your copy of the 2008 OW Recipe Ebook here (http://forums.onewed.com/attachments/Onewed_Recipe_Ebook.pdf)!
It is in PDF format, so you will need a PDF reader to view it. Most computers should have this. If not, you can download it for free from Adobe (http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/).
Hope everyone enjoys this as much as I do; I am gonna try some of these recipes soon!

Coolio :) It's reminiscent of all the church member cookbooks that are in the cupboard above my stove. They are always filled with the best and simplest comfort food :)

Neato, I found my recipes and tip. Though if I had realized that it was going to be a direct copy and paste I would have phrased things differently!
Hahaha and I just went to buy more McKormick's Mexican seasoning to restock and I found out the buggers discontinued it! However their taco seasoning works just as well.

I didn't see anything wrong with what you submitted; it is suppose to be informal and it is only us that will see it anyway ;)

Yeah I know. :D Just the informality, hehehe, no biggie though.

Great, great, great!
But definitely need a second (or yearly?) edition, because I totally zoned about sending my recipes for this one.
Just another senior moment. "I'm still HOT. Now it just comes in FLASHES!"

I made the grilled pizza (except on the stove and in the broiler...too cold to grill) and we both really like it. Plus it is super quick! I've made it twice already.
I have the chocolate fluff pie in the freezer right now, waiting to be eaten later tonight.
I also have the ingredients for the cheesy chicken and the mac and cheese casserole. I'm making the chicken tonight for dinner. :)

I made the chicken divan the other day; it was my submitted recipe I had gotten from somewhere else but hadn't tried it yet ;)
I got the stuff for the Mie noodles and shrimp thing and the grilled pizza and something else I forget; all I plan to make over this next week :D

We may try to do another one of these in a few months if everyone is game.

I'd be game for that! Of course, my recipes wouldn't be too elaborate, but it'd be fun, nonetheless. This was such a cool idea, and I'm glad the post was bumped.

Ohhh...Lets do it. Im excited for it. I may not be a great cook but I could have a couple good additions. Every bad cook has to be able to make SOMETHING, right?
Brandi, I dont know if this is possible, but what if we were to make some copies, say from VistaPrint, and everyone was able to order one for their personal kitchen. That would be the coolest thing, up there with the keychain exchange. LOL.
I would be willing to help if needed....

I think the PDF is the easiest thing to do; then everyone can print their own. I printed my copy and put it in a folder in my kitchen with my other recipes :)
We will probably do another version again soon :grinhappy:
