Well, I made the cupcakes; my variation that is. I just mixed in the strawberry cause I was lazy; so they didn't have the little pocket of strawberry goo in the middle, but they still turned out tasting pretty good :)

Now I need to give some of them away so I don't eat them all; I am gonna make DH take some to work tomorrow ;)

Let me try to explain the gloriousness of it...

It was a rich chocolate cupcake w/ a big dollop of strawberry preserves in the middle w/ strawberry buttercream icing AND a shell of chocolate ganache on top. It was $3.50, the lady that sold it to me was snotty, but it was worth every bite. I got the last one at the shop!
