Postcard exchange - anyone interested?

I saw some post cards at the store today and it made me think about this. So anyone interested in doing this again?

If so, I figure we can use the Elfster site (http://www.elfster.com)to help with the name draw and all.

Of course since personal information is involved (addresses and all) we would limit the exchange to members being here for 3 mos or more and/or those that have at least 100 posts and that have been fairly active in the last month.

If your wedding or other obligation is coming up soon that you may not be able to deal with this, please bow out this time. We just want to make sure that everyone that signs up gets a postcard and no one is left out.

So post here and let us know what you think about this.

What we did with this in the past was to send something about where we live. But I guess it can be whatever kind of postcard you like and/or is easier to find :)

OK, I think I got the new exchange set up on the Elfster site. I added everyone that has mentioned interest here as well as everyone that was involved in the holiday exchange.

You all will have to accept from the invite email via Elfster (and create an account if you don't already have one). If you get an invite and do not wish to participate then just decline and I will remove you from the list with no hard feelings :)

If you were not a part of the holiday exchange and want to be involved in this then let me know here and I will add you to the invite list.

We will draw names on or after Feb 8th :)

Sweet! A PC exchange. Starting this exchange a few years ago go me started collecting PCs. I love to see all the different locations!
The baby is due on the 8th, but I have some extra PCs from PA around the house so I should still be able to get one out in time to my buddy!

If your buddy doesn't have their address in their Elfster profile you can send them an anonymous email through the site and ask for it :)
