I am making my own!! I just went to Walmart and bought the supplies and now I just have to find someone with a sewing machine so that I can get it sewn without having to do it by hand!! Man that would suck!! My suggestion is to try the bridal shops or flower shops in town!! They might have one that is reasonably priced!!

Check my favourite haunt, ETSY. This is what came up when I searched for garter and then sorted by price - http://www.etsy.com/search_results.php?search_query=wedding+garter&search_type=tag_title&page=1&order=price_asc
This one (http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=7789289) is only $5 & has no lace :)

Try walmart, target or hobby lobby, most dollar stores should have them too.

Jo-Ann Fabrics has garters by the yard for $2.99 (satin and lace). So I bought a yard (enough for two) and a spool 'o ribbon in blue for fifty cents to dress them up. I'm going to try to whip one up tonight. If I get it done, I'll post a pic in the DIY-section.
