He tried on tuxes first, but really wasn't thrilled with them - so we went ahead and bought him a nice suit. That way he can wear it for our wedding, for his sister's wedding and for any other special occasions we have in the future. Ignore the navy blue t-shirt in the pic...but this is it :) He'll probably get the white vest pictured here, a black shirt and a colored tie to go with it in the future:

Kinda hard to tell from the pic, but it's got a nice stripe design - looks very sharp on him. The tailoring should be done in a week or two so we can pick it up :) Excitement!!

That is exactly what we did for FH!! It worked out to be a lot cheaper because he can wear it again!! We got his suit, shirt and 4 ties for $193!! Not bad I'd say!!!!!

He looks so sharp! Did he end up getting a brown suit?

We did the same thing. He needed a new suit anyhow and thanks to me (pushing him), he ended up with a new shirt, new shoes, new socks, new wedding undies, and a new tie (with a really subtle butterfly pattern to match our theme).

Suits work perfectly well--and you can get a heck of a lot more use out of them than a tux! Great choice--love the pinstripes! :)
