Is anyone planning to wear the above elbow gloves. I have a strapless dress and was curious if that would make my arms look bigger or smaller. Ugh...I seen a cute picture of a bride with gloves...and it kind of made me want them...but what do you do with them when you exchange rings...take them off? Where do you put them...what a pain that could be. Any suggestions or info is appreciated.

Gloves add a little drama and formality to your look; so if that is what you want then go for it :)

I would just go try some on and see how you think they look on you. I believe you can get them in different sizes and styles.

Some have a little hole in the ring finger so you can slip your finger out to put on the ring. Otherwise you'd just take it off.

ETA - Or you could do the fingerless kind -

there is a possibility i am doing gloves,, not sure which kind. Many people take them off right before the exchange, however, they sell bridal ones that are kinf os slit at the bottom of the finger area for the ring finger and you just BOOP- Take your finger out of the glove and then you can kind of readjust it after to put back on :)

I'm thinking about doing gloves just for the reception, so I don't have to worry about what to do during the ceremony, hehe.

I think with the right weather gloves are fantastic... I was going to have a may wedding and buy my girls gloves, but since I changed my date, that ain't happening. They'd look great with strapless for sure!
