Rental Contracts

I need your help.. I am hoping to create a contract for the new site we are praying to get for our ceremony. Since they have never had a wedding there before, we are hoping that if we show that we are responsible and have a contract already made that they will be more likely to let us use it.

Now, does anyone know where I can find an example of a contract for renting a facility??

I hope this helps but here is a list of things to make sure are in the contract:

Business name, address, and phone number
Contact persons name
The person responsible for the event
A complete description of the service
Date and time of service
Price of service
Policy regarding postponement of cancellation
Whether gratituties are included or expected
Business persons signature and date
Your signature and date

Thanks for the info you guys. I found one and modified it last night, but I like some of the ones above a little better. I forwarded this thread to Robert so he can decide what to do with it.
