I have a lot of freckles as well, but not very dark. I use Cover Girl foundation and it helps to even out my skin tone. It may not completely cover dark freckles, but it might help decrease the darkness.
Why do you want to get rid of them? I know many people who wish they had them!

I am sure this is not the advice you were looking for ... but I would bet that your freckles are part of what makes you, you and also part of what your FH fell in love with.
Speaking solely as someone who doesn't have freckles .... I would leave them be because I think they are cute :)

The only reason that I don't like them is that they make me look younger than I am. And already look like I'm only 17 and I'm 24. Because my facial features are also very young looking (chubby cheeks, button nose) So that's way I would like to cover them up.

LOL OK speaking as a 40 something year old - I would kill for your freckles & button nose especially if all would make me look younger (& even if you don't agree)! :)
I am sure the other ladies will have some good suggestions for you.

It's so funny you mentioned the "chubby cheeks and button nose" part. My dad used to always sing a little melody and pointed to the face part on me, "Chubby cheeks and big ears...button nose and dimpled chin." He used to sing that all the time and I have to smile whenever I hear someone using one of those phrases. Thanks for the walk down memory lane!
I can sympathize with you about wanting to look older. I often get mistaken for a middle schooler. :urgh: I chose the level of students I want to teach (elementary) primarily because I didn't want to look like I fit in with the high school students!!
Best of luck!! Everyone says we'll enjoy it when we're older. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I know they always say that to me too. That's funny that choose to teach elementary instead of other grades because you don't want to fit in. But that's me too.
And your are very welcomed for the trip down memory lane.

I only have them on my face...but I know what you are saying....what about Some kind of powder...Like Bare Essentials...mineral veil? It is used to kinda blend everything and diminish stuff!
And about the teaching, when I student taught in middle School the first week I was asked for my hall pass....Now I look old :)

aww..why would you want to cover up freckles?? I have tons of them and FH tells me all the time how cute he thinks they are. Now I would rather be tan than pasty white with freckles, but maybe if I get enough of them they will make a tan..HAHA. No really I think you should leave them, freckles are cute and somewhat unique:frogg:

I agree, Cover Girl Liquid Powder Foundation (the kind in the compact) is the best way to go.
