wrote this in my journal but thought i would break it down for everyone here..
Made my throw garter
1.00- garter at dollar tree
.50 Spool of ribbon (i used an inch or two)
.50 spool of ribbon (i used an inch or two)
I will be using the ribbon for another project too so it works out :)
heart button - bought for .50 but there were 4 in the pack
Took off the "cheap looking pieces" on the dollar tree garter, leaving only the pretty white lace. then i took two inches of black ribbon and glued it as a bow. Then took an inch of ivory ribbon and made another bow. Then glued the button on top of that ribbon and it looks so nice
My friend said : i would totally buy that at a store !!!!!!!
