Help with Bridesmaid Dresses

Hi ladies,

I am in the search of bridesmaid dresses, and I have not found ANYTHING that I like. I also do not want my girls to have to spend an arm and a leg on a dress that they will never be able to wear again.

Here is a little background of the wedding detatils; The date is October 4, and we are having an outdoor ceremony. (weather in WI can be anywhere from 84-26), so I am thinking longer dresses...

my colors are burgandy, ivory and I am using gold accents. I would like the dresses to be primarily Burgandy with an ivory accent on them...

My suggestion would be to go to a bridal store, find a style you and your BMs like, then see if you can find it online for a better price. I found an Alexia gown for my BMs and then had Netbride.com quote it. It was $125 in the store, and I ordered it through Netbride for $82/each. I actually just got them delivered last week and couldn't be more pleased. My first clothing order off the net but it was worth it!

This is my dress from Davids Bridal. I wanted a different colored sash as well. My dresses are black and the sash will be clover green. It's a long ribbon that will tie in a bow in front and hangs down almost to the bottom of the dress. This dress looks amazing on all my bridesmaids from size 2 to 24! Just thowin' another idea out there. :) Good luck.

The other thing would be is to have the girls come up with some things they like then you can pick!
