Looking for a tent alternative!

I am having an outdoor wedding at a local park in August. I was trying to rent a tent that would be large enough to hold approximately 15 tables with 100 chairs around them. However, I have found that this is very expensive. Does anyone have any alternative ideas, or know of a place where I can find a tent that maybe I could assemble myself with the help of the wedding party? Please let me know. Thanks.

Is there a pavillion at the park? I can't really think of any other alternative. Have you checked all your local rental companies. I know around here we have a few places that specialize in renting tents and they are the most expensive places while the places that also rent equipment and stuff too are quite a bit cheaper.

Well, aside from the fact that adverse weather conditions could be a problem, what about sky light? You don't have to decorate it as much and nature has a beauty all it's own. The only thing is, you'd definitely have to plan a "if it rains" spot.
