Need Some Haircut Ideas Please!

Right now, my hair is about one length about to the base of my neck. I started growing my hair out last summer because I didn't know how I wanted it during the wedding...so I just wanted it all long so I could do whatever when it came time.

My bangs are no longer even bangs. They're past my chin and they've NEVER been that long.

And guess what? It's driving me NUTS.

So I made an appointment to get my hair cut on Saturday. WOOOOOOOOOOO!

Anyone have any cute picture ideas for short/medium length hair? I'm still going to keep it growing, but I need more layers....and some kind of bangs (even if they're long swept, I need something!!)


A goofy picture to show it, I know...but 1) I love this picture. LOL and 2) it's the only current picture I have that shows my hair.

(See how it's all wavy on the side? That's because my 'bangs' are too long and I end up tucking them behind my ears all the time. I hate that!)

To get the ball rolling, here are a couple that I like. The Meg Ryan one, I like the layers...but maybe a little shorter bangs. (Though I don't want SHORT bangs. LOL)

Ok...I got my hair cut, but not like any of the ones pictured. LOL Basically, I just had her trim the back so it's off my shoulders, give me a little bit of bangs, and update my layers. If that makes sense.

I'll just have to take a picture. It looks mostly like this one, though the bangs are a tiny bit shorter:
