Yeah, all of those could work. There's no rule saying that you have to dye your BM shoes to match your dress. If you have more than one color that you're basing your scheme on, you can always make your accessories in the other color!

My girls are in peridot green also.
The GM are in chocolate brown and we are accenting with bright & pastel pink. I told the girls brown or pink and to have fun with it...no one will really see the shoes much with there dresses anyhow...which might not be the case with your BM dresses. Hope this helps...even if a little bit.

I think it depends on the style of dress too!

You can have them choose their own, if you're cool with it. Then they can actually wear them again. (Except I recommend telling them nothing darker than the dress! lol)

Gold would be beautiful - but you could get clear with jewels on them - I've tried some searches but not finding what I want. I know they are out there because my niece just bought a pair to wear in a wedding this weekend. I'll have her give me the name tomorrow and get her to send me a pic I can share with you.
