I just found a dress I absolutely love, but it's at an online only store, and I refuse to make such a major clothing purchase without trying it on. I assume that since it's so cheap it's a knock off of a real design. I was wondering if anyone has seen the real version.

Looks like it's from Julius Bridal. I have heard nothing but good things regarding them. Was looking at a dress from them for myself for a long while. They have great customer service and if you order early (just in case something isn't right with it) you have time to send it back for alterations. I have heard stories from one of the vendors on here that knows more about them saying that they've remade dresses numerous times for women to get them JUST right if you are unhappy. The prices are pretty decent too.

As to the original design. Not a clue. It says it is in the Jules collection, so there is always a possibility it is one of their originals.

$222 is pretty amazing if it is original. I love the dress, I'd feel like a 1930's seductress in it! My MOH has offered her seamstressing talents to make me a dress, but she's thinking about transferring to another college so if things don't work out maybe I'll get that one.

I emailed the company, that's probably a weird thing to ask them, but maybe something will turn up.

The one thing to keep in mind when e-mailing them, as I've learned from experience, is that they have strong junk filters from what I've heard and some mails get lost. If you don't hear back in 2-3 weeks write again :)

However, we do confident that if you like the gowns in the pictures, you will love the gown. You have to order the gown before 5 months (the best) of your wedding. Normally it only takes 30 to 45 days to have the dress made and delivered after payment. However, in consideration of any alterations or exchange, order a little earlier is a wise chose.

Regarding payment, you can either pay by credit card or Paypal. Then, we will send you the order confirmation in 48 hours after we receive the payment. The dress will be then in production.

When the dress is ready, we will have it send from China factory to our New York office for inspection by DHL together with other orders. Afterwards, we will then send by DHL overnight to your address. That's why we charge $55 for shipping and handling.


You can either pick a size from the size chart or provide your own measurements. However, we cannot guarantee the final dress will fit you like a gloves without any alteration needed. Even you go to a local seamstress to have a wedding gown made, they will ask you for fitting several times before the perfect gown done.

An inch different may be occurred due to many reasons. We will try our best to make the dress according to the figure that you give us. During this period, many brides may lose some weights, or some customers may provide the wrong measurements. Many factors can affect the misfit. Therefore, we would like to point them out and let you understand that some alterations still needed sometimes even we custom made the gowns for our customers. Normally the different is not much. However, luckily so far many brides still fit our final gowns without alteration needed.
