I am so excited, we finally booked our honeymoon.
We're going to St. Lucia at the Sandals Grande resort.
I've never ever been to an all inclusive resort so I am looking forward to it. :drunk:  :band:
Can you tell how excited I am?? lol

That sounds great! I would be super exsited too!
I'm not sure that we're going to go on a honeymoon right away. I think we're going to wait until the winter.

Wow, Nice!!! We Are Going To Have To Wait And Do Our Honeymoon About 6 Months After The Wedding, For Financial Purposes, But I Would Like To Do An All-inclusive Resort As Well...so You Don't Have To Worry About Anything When You Get There But Relaxing And Having A Fabulous Time!!!!

That's great. We had to snip corners on the honeymoon so we could afford it, so we picked a spot we could drive too: The Poconos.

We're staying at Caesar's Poconos Resorts which is all inclusive and because it's our honeymoon, we get some special stuff...like breakfast in bed each morning and a free horseback ride! I think this is the best part of ALL the wedding planning! :)

I know what you mean, everytime I get stressed out about the wedding, I imagine sitting on the beach! It helps get me through

I have never been to St. Lucia, (I've never been much of anywhere actually)I bet you guys will have a great time!

We went on a cruise on our honeymoon ... to Key West FL and Nassau Bahamas. The ports were great and we had a nice time, but I didn't enjoy the cruise experience. I think we might try the resort thing next time we go on a nice vacation.

:goodluck:

You are going to have so much fun All inclusives are the way to go. Sandals particularly rocks. Sean and I will be honeymooning at their resort in the Bahamas.

Steve's sister just booked her honeymoon two days ago and they are going to the same Sandal's resort. I have seen pictures of it and it look beautiful. I would love to go, but we can't afford to go some place like that. :bbcry: Of course, we are also getting married the begining of Oct and are kinda worried about hurricans. But I do hear Sandals has an awesome thing call hurrican protection. If i hurrican comes any time while you are there (even if it is the last day of your trip) you get another week FREE!

We arent going far. Like Kelli, we are driving there and wont be able to take too many days off work, so we are going to a B & B in Jefferson, Texas. They have cute little secluded cabins and each cabin has its own stock pond with a boat provided. Well, thats where we want to go if we can ever get the dang place to email us or call us back!!!

That is kinda what we are thinking. My mom will have the kids. So I was thinking we head down the coast of Maine and hit a B&B for 2 or 3 ngihts. Head back to get the kids and head home so we ahve time to get rested up and ready for the work week again.

I dont want to have to rush around to catch a plane and spend time getting some where. I just want to go and relax and it not take days to get there only to have to turn around and head back. And seeing the kids will be 7 hours from home we have to get them back home as well.
