Paypal payouts??

So i got an email the other day saying that I got a paypal payout thingy from onewed....I was super excited, but I dont know why I got it or how it works. Can someone just give me the rundown on how that works? If I posted this in the wrong spot Im sorry:whoa:

The first time I got it I actually pmed weblady about it; and then checked the forum after she told me there was a section about it. I don't think that I got much this time as I have been sick a lot and just havn't been able to post. I have not done any of the contest's as far as I know they are just for the brides and not the vendors.
