As babies my kids didn't mind at all. Grady loved it this year. The picture I got was of Santa looking down at him and he is looking up at Santa while sucking on his fist. Too cute.

The older my kids got the leary they were. I enver made them sit on his lap. If they wanted to they could. I got a picture of the 3 of them with Santa this year. Came out cute.

I agree about some of those Santas being scary. I don't blame the kids for screaming.
