Are you in Canada? Anywhere near a major metropolitan area? I'm guessing it might be cheaper to drive into the city and buy one than to have it shipped -- just a thought!

Its Should Be Pretty Cheap To Make One. I Think There Is A Thread Somewhere In Here That Explains How To Make One, Just A Thought.

Is $8.00 cheap enough? Here is a link to a search I did for garter at ETSY.com. I sorted them from lowest to highest price - http://www.etsy.com/search_results_category.php?search_query=garter&search_type=category_tags_weddings&page=1&order=price_asc

If it's betweeen $8 - $15 .... I'd buy. It saves the hassle of going out to buy the lace, the material, the elastic, the decorations and then the time of sewing it. LOL

If you see something that you like .... just be sure to ask the vendor 1. if they will mail it to Canada (it's normally not a problem) and 2. that they will pop it into the mail and not send it via courier.

BTW - whenever Canadians shop online from the states, they should not buy from any company that ships via a courier. You will get your package in record time, but the courier companies will also send you a nice little bill for brokerage fees! Only buy from places that will send it through the post office.

If you can find one less than $10.00, I would say go for it...but if not, they are extremely easy to make. I made my own. And it only took me about 20 minutes.

Not a problem. After you have garters mastered, you should make and sell them.

*bahhh hahahaha* I am not going to relent until I have turned you all into crafty vendors

Here are mine. I just took a piece of material, folded it over, added the lace and sewed it together. It was easy, quick...and Bruce loved them!!!
