As far as renting them...you should be able to get them the same place you would rent tents and chairs and stuff. You can buy the little plastic ones for about $20 at a crafts store. I paid $45 for mine but its iron and we are going to put it in the yard after the wedding.

We have lots of rental places around here. Are there any places around you that rent equipment? They probably have the stuff you need too. Check the yellow pages and make a few calls.

There's a local party supply store near me that rents centerpieces for weddings and events. My centerpieces will come from there. My mom said that she thought that the lady had archs and other decorative items for rent as well. Check party rentals or party supply stores to see if they rent things.

I know that our local Michaels rented them but they were as much to rent as to buy the nice ones and the others looked cheap and like they were about to fall over at any time. So we bought ours for about $125 Canadian at Costco. The funny thing is that when it comes down to it, maybe buying it could be cheaper and you will have the arch where you said I do for the rest of your life....at least thats the way I looked at it! (And six months after our wedding I am ashamed to say that it is still decorated...lmao...It looked so pretty I didn't want to take it apart and right now all we have is dirt for a back yard...lol)

Another idea to consider is your florist. Mine is going to supply the arch, decorate, deliver and take down for $75.00 total. So you may want to look into that as well.
