Ok....I dunno how to get my money from my paypal account.
I already had a paypal account, but I guess since I signed up on this site with another email address, a different paypal account was made for me. I tried to buy something on eBay with my OW paypal money today (I have $36 now...woohooo!), but it said I have to verify my bank account first.
Fine. I tried to verify with my bank account. But it won't accept that bank account since it's tied to my REAL paypal account. And that's my only bank account.
:rain:
Does anyone know if there's a way to converge the two paypal accounts?? If not, I'm screwed on everything I get from OneWed. :(

I ran into this problem ..... You can't use the same bank account number for two paypal accounts. I had to call PayPal only to find out that it wasn't possible to merge the two.
I don't remember which one of these fixes was necessary so try ....
You can try to remove your bank account from your first PayPal account and then add it to your new one.
If that doesn't work (and I suspect this might be the case), you will have to close your first account.

Greeeeeat.
I'm not closing my old account...I've had it for years and use it all the time.
So there goes my contest winnings and all my monthly payments. :(
Now...can I suggest that OneWed stop sending money to that paypal account since I can't use it anyway?

Can you not just send it to your email on the old account? I didn't think you had to be "verified" to send money; only to withdraw it to a bank account.

You can send your money from yoru OW account to yoru other one. My husband and I both have pay pall accounts and his is atached to our bank account. So if I want my money I send it to his pay pal and he puts it in the bank for me. It is very simple to do.

I found this in the Faq section on the board:
In order to claim the monthly payout you have to have a PayPal account. If you don't already have one, you can get a free personal account online at www.PayPal.com (http://www.paypal.com/) You will need to be sure that the email address you registered here with is tied to your PayPal account. Or if you already have your account set up with another email, you can add it. You can add up to five email addresses to your PayPal account.
I didnt know you could link more then one email address to a paypal account but according to this you can. There has to be a way for you to get your money from the one to the other. I would suggest trying to transfer funds.

Yeah, it is easier to just add your email registered here to an existing PayPal account. An account is not created for you for your payout here, money is just sent to the email account you have tied to your member account here. So if your PayPal account was set up using another email, then just add the other email to your existing account.
But in your case Cindy it seems you now have two accounts, so I would try to just send money from one account to the other. Then add this email to your older account (or change your email here to the same one on your older PayPal account) and try to close the other.
Good luck :)

I agree with Brandi, add your email that you used for OW to the old account. I did that, since I had my personal email linked to paypal. I just added my business one. It was easy. Just have to go to your profile to do it.

Ok. I tried to put this email address onto my old paypal account...it wouldn't let me because, of course, it's already being used on another paypal account. :bblol:
I can't send money from my new paypal account to my old paypal account because I haven't verified a bank account. It tells me I have a $0 spending limit right now until I verify. I can't pay for things on eBay...I can't send money to other people (including myself)....I can't withdraw money. Basically, they won't let you do anything with your money until you verify a bank account.
An account is not created for you for your payout here, money is just sent to the email account you have tied to your member account here.
If you send money to an email address, apparently it automatically creates a new account. You may have not signed me up under this email address...but you sending money to that address signed me up. If that makes sense. LOL
Basically, I just can't get that money. Which...whatever. It's only $36. But I don't want more going there because it's a waste for everyone.
Is there a way for OneWed to reverse those payments since I haven't actually claimed it?
And...if I change my address on OneWed to the other email address, do you think it will send it to that one? Or will it always just send it to the new one?
(This is getting confusing. Heh.)

Onewed just sends the payment to the email that you have on your account here on the forums. Beyond that the problems you are having is due to having two paypal account.
Since the funds are already in your account there is nothing we can do on our end as paypal has already taken the money and deposited them into your account.
You will need to find some type of banking(or CC I think you can use) to confirm the account, then move the money over to your old account, close your new account, then add whatever email you are using here to your old paypal account.

You can transfer money from one paypal account to another. I know this because I wanted to take the money off of my paypal account and put it in our bank account but I couldn't because I didn't have the card that I wanted it to go on registered under my paypal account, it was under my husbands account. You can't have two cards under one account, so I just transfered the money from my paypal account to my husbands, and then into our bank account.
You can do this to get the money off of the paypal account that OW sends money to

That's fine...but you had to have verified your account somehow first (either bank account or different credit card). If I don't verify, I can't transfer money...period. And I can't verify.

I didn't have two paypal accounts until OneWed sent money to me. Which is FINE! I'm just saying that's WHY I have two paypal accounts...it automatically made one for me when money was sent.

Well, I'm not going to open another bank account or credit card just to get $36.
So, since there's nothing I can do about it now, all I'm saying is that you shouldn't send me money every month since I can't get to it anyway. You're just wasting money since the only one getting use of it is paypal.

Ok. I just found out I can issue a refund to you for up to 60 days. I'm going to issue your account refunds for as much as I can.
*Ok...looks like I could only refund 2 payments.
Nov.5 payout of $2.28
Nov. 28 contest winnings of $25.
There. I feel better now. :bblol: Can you block it from sending anymore?

When OW sends Payout to your email address, you get an email saying something to the affect of "You've got cash" If the email the 'cash' is sent to is not tied to a PayPal account then it is either left unclaimed or you have to accept and claim it which is likely when the new account was created; OW did not create the account or this problem.
If you can't get to the money in this new account or transfer at this point because you can't verify the account or whatever then I guess you are at a loss there.
But you can add the email you use here to your other PayPal account that you do have full access to. Or, you can change the email you use here to the one you are using on the PayPal account you are using. This way you will be able to start collecting your payout and/or any future prize winnings.
Otherwise we can take you out of the payout system which would also eliminate you from any contests involving PayPal prize money.

Ok!
Ok...I changed my email address on here. Hopefully that will solve that issue for the future now...
