I purchased a dress from the Bridal Gown super Store and I keep calling them it just goes to their answering machine!!!!!!!!!!! I have emailed and they dont email back. I call and leave messages and they dont call back. I already bought the dress. I tried to find the Maggie Sottero contact number to reach it that way. no luck. My wedding is in March. Does anyone know where The Bridal Gown Superstore is located??????????? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suggest calling your local better business burrow or attorney generals office.

I tried to do a web search for "The Bridal Gown Superstore" and found nothing. Is this an online store?

I would have to go with 'As You Wish' and try the reverse look up on the phone number or call the local BBB.

They list this # to place orders by phone. That may help get you connected at least. Let us know how you turn out. I think in the meantime I will stay away from this site. :goodluck:

i have found that "bridal gown super store" is owned by Jones Bridal & Formal
out of wooster ohio ...... how do i know i just bought........ well paid for a Maggie Sottero from them and guess what its been three months and no dress nor a phone call or email...... i wish i had see this first

I just wanted to say that this very sad!!! I would be devestated. Obviously there is a problem with thsi company...I hope that these brides take the proper steps to ensure that this is reported. Hopefully it will save some other brides in the future!!!
