I have never heard of this site ... they are based in NY, you are local right? I would call them and ask questions. It looks like they have a store front too, maybe see how far they are from you and go visit them.

Ordering a wedding gown online is hard but can be done. First, I would go to stores and try on dresses to get an idea of the style you like and the size you will need. Check their return and exchange policy real good too ... and ask about delivery times and guarantees and what happens if something goes wrong.

You also want to find out how long they have been in business ... from the site, it says 50 yrs but they have only been an online store since 2002.

:goodluck:

I think you could have a try,All businee need good credit for long run,and people need change their minds, if you want to cut down your cost, you must take a risk.
Like us,is a wedding dress producer base in china, having do business with American BRIDAL ORGINALS,FILHOUUTTES,MARY'S,DAVID'S and etc. European PRONOVIASE,VER,CUTTE and etc., Japanese WHITE ARK,JACCO,MAF,ANTWERP and etc for several years, but when we sell online,it's face the same problem.

I think this is where I ordered my dress. The one I don't like. If it is make sure you read their return policy. My dress happened to come the day I was leaving for a trip when I got back they wouldn't accept the return :censored: I looked at the dress the other day and it has a tear in the tulle that I didn't notice before also so I will have a hard time selling it on ebay. :bbconfused:

I think they are a reputable site. I was just bummed they wouldn't take the dress back. They charge a $35 restocking fee no matter what too!

Their BBB complains are ok as well:

God made credit cards so we can charge back when we get screwed! ;)

I'm not to familiar with this company. It is a good idea to go to a bridal store and try on different dresses so you can get an idea of what style you like. Also when you go into a store, they try to match up a vail and/or head peice to match your dress. I would recommend doing this before you order a dress off the internet. Good Luck!!

I'm not so big on ordering clothing on-line. Since you are in NY I would defiantely try to go to the store in person if I were you. I just feel better speaking with a live person.

Im with you, I like to be able to try my clothes on and KNOW they fit before I buy them.
