I just got back from the mall after 3 hours of trying on shoes. I have nothing to show for it. I am so sad. I was convinced I would find something. I found one pair of shoes that I feel in love with. Of course they only came in 2 colors champagne and red. The only two colors I can't wear with my white and pink dress. I feel so defeated right now. On an up note though I did get a strapless bra to wear at Victorias and it was only like $34. For a strapless it is pretty comfy too.

That sucks Lacey! I know where you are coming from! It took me forever to find the perfect shoes and they were right under my nose! I bought them from the bridal shop where I purchased my dress! They'll come along! Just keep searching! I wish you the best of luck!!

Ok, having already gone through the shoe trauma with that same exact dress, I know exactly what you're talking about! It took me forever to find my shoes too! I fell in love with one pair, but they were just as much as the dress! And there was barely any shoe to them! The ones I chose to go with are the same pink as the beads on the dress and just a simple sandal. I figure the only time they're going to be seen is for the garter anyways...so they'll be good enough. I also have a pair of big fuzzy pink slippers to change into once my feet can't take the heels anymore...which will probably be right after the garter is taken off.

I love to shop.... But i am worrying about not finding shoes for my wedding. I am 5'9" and Mark is 5'10" so i can't really wear anything with a big heal. I am looking for white flip flops that have a little beading or somthing on them to sparkle em up. But... if all eles fails i'll buy the Old Navy flip flops and decorate them myself. I think my FMiL will fall over when she sees those. She keeps asking me if i'm really going to wear flip flops.

I am just going with White Go-GO boots. It's my style and no one would expect any thing else from me. Well my freinds any way. My family on the other hand might think I am nuts. Wait.... they already do. Never mind then lol.

My MOH is wearing knee-high white :censored: boots...they are SO her!

For her reception, she'll be changing into a short white tutu looking skirt and she'll have white fishnets on...this really didn't surprise me when she showed me...what surprised me was that she had the long very formal looking skirt for the ceremony (she has a red corset she's wearing on top).

My boots are the knee high ones to. I found them online for about $40. I would have liked to have had white cowboy boots but they are too expensive and my FH and son both need a pair. The "hoochie mama boots " as my freinds call them ( or my come :censored: me boots )are totally me. I own a pair of blacks ones that I will wear with a shoort skirt or with my knee lenth skirts. I also have a brown pair that are very soft. I had to buy a couple of things to match so I could wear them more often.

I really want a pait of knee high boots. But... cause i have a high arch i have had the worst time finding a pair that i can get my foot into. :censored: It would be great to wear a shirt in the winter. I completely avoid it cause i don't want to freeze.

I have a high arch too...I have a pair of :censored: boots, but they don't go much higher than my ankles. They're lace up, so they get around my high arch, but any higher and it woldn't work, even with the lace up.

I did the exact same as cindysue and bought my shoes before i even started thinking about my dress. I went on a web site called www.netaporta.com and found the last pair of bridal jimmy choo sandals in a UK size 3 so i ordered them with out a second thought. they're 3 and a half inches high tho so thinking about getting some flip flops or trainers for at night time. But have a look on the website they have bridal shoes by other designers too!!

Luckily I didn't have to worry too much about shoes matching my dress. LOL!! I think they will look pretty good though. :bblol:

Becky...:p That's all I have to say to you!

They say that the dress is the worst, but I disagree...it was the shoes for me! Lacey, maybe it's just our dress...lol

I guess I am kinda in the same boat. I knew what I wanted for my boots before I had any idea of what dress I was getting. I have the boots picked out I just have to order them.
