Hi,
I know this isn't a recipe forum, but does anyone have an easy way to make french toast?
I'm planning a romantic breakfast for my FH and I know that's his fav.

Pretty simple, Take about 3 eggs, a splash of milk, a tsp of vanilla, a tablesppon of sugar, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of cornstarch (it makes it crispier on the outside). Blend that together and dip the bread in. THen just cook it over medium heat til both sides are golden. (Try to resist flipping more than once). Make sure to grease the pan really well before each new batch goes in. (Most people use butter but I think that makes it burn faster, I use either regular PAM of wipe the pan with vegetable oil)

Then just serve with warm syrup and butter.

I love French Toast ... thanks for sharing this recipe Lacey, I am gonna print and use that ;)

Funny, I was thinking we should start a recipe thread and share ideas and such ... what do you ladies think?

I want to find an easy grilled chicken marsala recipe.

We do something similar to this but we also add nutmeg and cinnamon. Yummy!!:D
