I have tried to lose weight for about the last year. I dont know what happened, I used to be so little in highschool, I never weighed over 100 until my first year in college. I ran cross country all through highschool and then stopped once I graduated. But I got with FH about 2 1/2 years ago and I weighed 115-120 cant really remember, but as of today I am 134. Doesnt sound TOO bad, but that is a lot of weight to put on in a little amount of time. I started working out about 2 months ago(I have since stopped for about 1 month) and went from 139 to 133 and have stayed there give or take a few pounds for a couple weeks now.
I get into the rec center here at school for free and should go everyday but just cant get myself to go all the time. I am so busy with school, as of right now I should be doing my 10 page paper I have due on the 26th...eekk! But my FH is a sports freak, so he has set up a workout plan for us, and we will be going to the rec FRI, SAT, SUN...and I will ride the bikes for 30-45 minutes and then run 1 mile. I know that doesnt sound like a lot but I have to keep it small so I can get myself to go to the gym!
I will post what I eat on here, and HOPEFULLY I can meet my goal weight by my bday which is in march. HOPEFULLY, HOPEFULLY, HOPEFULLY. I am starting at a bad time, Thanksgiving is 2 weeks away:rain: But Cece we will get this done!! We will have our sexy bodies for our honeymoons along with that ghetto booty..haha!

yay WE WILL. My FH used to be a personal trainer so he always tries to tell me what to do and I get mad lol. i'd rather do it with out him. too critical

Im joining the weight loss club! i used to be no more than 100 lbs then i had a baby and yes i know ive had PLENTY of time to lose it but its just hard with school work and a 21 month old! so im about 120 right now so im gonna need some motivation....i like the sexy body and ghetto booty idea...haha!
I'm down with the sexy body, but there's no hope for a ghetto booty for me! :geek: Hah. Good luck Allyson!

LOL...thanks! I think I am stuck with the big butt forever, I cant seem to get rid of it! But FH loves it, so it all works out..HAHAHA! I was looking at your weightloss journal KMS...and you eat so GOOD!! I wish I could do that! We are so poor right now, I am living off ramen noodles....so healthy!!

glad to see I'm not the only poor student here lol
I'm a poor college student too, but my dad does help buy groceries! lol. Try to shop around the perimeter of the grocery store. You spend a lot more when you go up and down all of the packaged food aisles. I buy in bulk too, which also saves $$$!

alright, I guess I will post what I have eaten today:notsure: I am not working out until friday so I dont feel so great right now. I am just so busy with school, it is hard to eat something healthy in between classes but that is no excuse. Hmm...this is gonna be hard!!
Breakfast:
1 hard boiled eggy
2 slices of dry toast
small glass skim milk
all my vitamins!
Snack(I couldnt wait until I got home to eat lunch...i tried!)
poptarts..oops
Lunch:
Turkey sandwhich
gold fish
applesauce
water(I need to drink way more!)
Dinner: here is where i messed up
2 slices of pizza hut pizza...so yummy!!
So not such a great start, but I will work on it. I am going to try to get back to not eating after 8 pm, I think that really seemed to help before! And I need to limit my hot chocolate addicition! MAn I have a lot of work to do:rain:

So, today was a little stressful and didnt eat a lot but what I did eat..will surely make up for the missed calories in my missed meals..if that made sense:whoa:
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggys
2 pieces of dry toast
small glass skim milk
ALL my vitamins!
Lunch(which I ate at 6)
slice of pizza
Dinner
chips and dip
I am breaking my dont eat after 8 rule, but between school and FH babsketball I am not home before 8 and I am STARVING!! As long as I stay at 133 I will be happy, just dont want to get over the 135 mark. Tomorrow is exercise day...I am actually looking forward to it! It makes me feel so much better afterwards, it is just dragging my lazy bum to the gym..lol!
But tomorrow should be alright, I have to work at 5 am -10 am and then go to school from 12 -2, exercise and then REST!! I cant wait until xmas break so I can be done with this semester and just start a NEW one! Just because I know you are dying to know all about my life, I have TONS of school work to do, why am I on here you ask?? I dont want to start on my homework...lol...it is tooooo much!
This is all due within the next two weeks...
10 page paper about houses along with a 8-10 min presentation
10 page paper about religion
3 page paper about economics
music lesson plan along with teaching it
AND THEN...finals week...hmmmm:geek:

Yesterday 11-16-07
I didnt eat much yesterday, the day seemed jam packed and just didnt feel hungry all day, I know I should eat and I did, just not much. But I did take all my vitamins and worked out.
Workout:
25-30 min on bike
10 min on someother thing...100 cal.
TODAY:
Today was a super busy day at work, I worked 5 am to 3:30 pm and didnt eat much. Came home and ate a piece of pumpkin pie and then went to exercise
Workout:
35-40 min on bike=300 cal
10 min on that other thing=100 cal
I came home and ate a salad. I will eat better tomorrow, i am just so worn out from waiting tables today I couldnt even be hungry!

Breakfast:
2 pancakes
2 piececs of bacon
small glass of milk
all my vitamins! ( I am so excited about this everyday, it is a huge accomplisment for me! I HATE swallowing them all...yucky!)
Lunch:
Turkey sandwich on wheat
some gold fish
Dinner:
pizza
Snacks:
pumpkin pie
choc milk
I didnt eat so well, but I exercised so in my mind it all even out!
Workout:
25-30 min on bike
20 min on oliptical=200 cal
I know this just may because I havent eaten so much or what but I weighed myself yesterday after working out and I weighed 131.2!!!!! And today when I came home from workout I wieghed the same, even after eating!! It has been so long since I have seen 131!!:whoohoo::whoohoo:

I need to start doing the same thing you guys are doing but I think I'm going to wait till after the holidays and start in Janurary and I will have more time to go to the gym as well. I am only taking one class and not three..yay!! We can all motivate each other. :)

I stopped taking alli last week, just cause of all of the junk food over turkey day. i misplaced them . i'll start taking them again once i find them :) I HATE PORN!!!!!!!!!! we had a discussion about it. i don't like it, it makes me feel less special. i'm usually never assertive, but i used my therapists advice "it hurts me when....) I'm glad I'm not the only one who dislikes it.

OK...I am going to try and start this thing back up...school stressed me out and that ruined my diet! But I am going to do the cheesy new years resolution...DIETING...hehe! SO hopefully I can get my butt in gear and lose a couple pounds!

Ok..the diet starts today...hmm..I ate so much chocolate last night that I might be sick of it for a bit! I was trying to get it all in before I had to cut back! But I weighed myself this morning and I weigh 135...oops...but the rec is closed today so workouts will start tomorrow. I hope this works:purplex:
