Just wanted to share this! One of my best friends and bridesmaids just called to say that they picked a date for my "friends" bridal shower!

THANKS TO MEGAN (MissMess) - we are going to use the "Tea Party" theme!
We are going to hold the shower in my friends garden at her house (it is soooo beautiful) in the spring when all the flowers will be blooming and we are all going to dress up in cute sun dresses and wear the big hats!!! I already emailed my photographer with the date b/c I want him to come and take some pictures b/c this is really going to be such a cute shower!
YAY! I am just so excited about this so I wanted to share with yall!

How wonderful, Lauren! I'm so excited for you! I can already see in my mind that this is going to be a fantastic bridal shower! I can't wait to see pictures!

It sounds sooo cute! I already have all these pictures in my head of what it's going to look like! LOL Sounds like it will be a blast!

Ohhhh! Look what I found to do as hostess gifts! They are only $10.00 each. I could wrap them up really pretty and all! I would get the ones that say, "Best Friend"

OMG Lauren can I tell you what a dork I am. When I read this post at first and you said "friend" shower, I really thought you had another bridesmaid getting married. And I was like wow she is really excited to throw this shower. The when you posted the hostess gifts I was like, why would she be giving herself a gift. And I re read the first post. "friend" ooooo that means you! LOL I am such a flake sometimes. :geek:

SOOOO cute!!!!

It was a blast!!! We did necklaces as name tags so everyone knew each other...

I loved the rings the most....

We all had big rings..blingy! Loved it!!!!

I can't wait to see pics!!!

When is the date???

Oh the date is not until March 31 2008 --- the WEEK before my Bachelorette Party ! But the weather should be PERFECT here by then... warm, flowers blooming etc.... I CAN"T WAIT!
