I know I ask so many questions but you guys give such good advice...so here is another one. I am making a cupcake tower and it has to be lined with a paper of your choice and I found these paper designs and I was wondering which one would be better. My colors are pink and light green, but I have a lot of cherry blossoms in my invitations and such.
Here is the stand

The only thing I would say is do not pick one that will take away from teh beautiful pupcakes!

I really like the first and third one!

If your colors are pink and light green then I would go with the one pictured with the stand. Unless the last one is more like your pink, then that one would be good. Or even a simple white paper would be fine.

The pink or the green would be equally nice but if you don't want to take away from the cupcakes, I would choose the one that has the smallest print. :)

quick question, have you thought about doign contact paper (like what you line books with or cabinets with) the only reason i ask is paper has to be glued or something to the wood and doing it with paper, the paper could tear in storage or it could get dirty- contact paper can be washed clean and you could probably sell it after too :) If you do paper it will have to be thrown out cuz it will have icing and everything. Im sure you could find some cool contact paper or get your two colors and alternate them.

It was just a suggestion, but think about it :)

What about wall paper? Maybe you could find some cheap scrap somewhere? I don't know, just a thought.

I think any fairly heavy weight paper would work, if nothing else you could use a glue stick ;)

So what does this thing look like with no paper? Does it 'have' to be covered with something?

I never thought of contact paper...good idea!

You have to buy cake boards and you can get them in different colors and I think they are wrapped in tinfoil. I just wanted a cute paper to cover it:frogg:
