Alright, so I thought I'd start this because I'm really kicking myself in the *** for not being able to stick with anything. So I figure if I post here everyday, be completely honest, and have you guys to keep on me, I should do ok. Or so I hope.

I guess I'll begin with a little background. I'm only 5'3, ok ok..maybe 5'2 1/2. I've never been below 140lbs. The "ideal" weight range for my height is 100-130lbs I believe. Currently I weigh 187. BUT (yes I'm going to make excuses here) I do have 2 kids. My last son being born on 9/12. I gained 50+ lbs during my last pregnancy.

Alright, so to make everything a little easier I'll just post my stats:
Height: 5'2
Weight: 187
Temp. Goal: 175
Ultimate Goal: 120

I'll start tomorrow by posting what I've eaten and anything else, I'll also update my ticker once a week.

**Oh man it shows my BMI. How embarassing. If that doesn't motivate me I don't know what will.

Welcome to our little weight loss club! It really does help to post what you're eating. It's helped me lose several pounds so far. It really makes you aware of how much you eat. Sometimes it's shocking at the end of the day. Good luck!

Have you ever tried Weight Watchers? They are really good to learn what you can and can not eat. If I were you, I would join for about a month and get all the material and then try and do it on your own. I guarantee that you will lose at least 7 in the first month on WW if you follow it pretty closely.

I haven't tried it. I'll have to look into it. I'm unsure of how much it costs, and I'm cheap lol :)

It is a good idea to go join, WW buy the materials and then do it on your own. Maybe an initial cost of under $50 but WELL WORTH IT!!!

See? I told you guys I suck at this. I haven't eaten that great this week. mostly because I don't have time to eat while my FH is at work and I have both kids. So by 5pm I'm starving and eat everything in sight haha.

Buttttt check out my ticker! How does that happen?

I've been watching the biggest loser lately, and I'm hooked to that show! I told my FH that I want to go on it, and he says I don't weigh enough. I think it would be awesome to be on it.

I'm trying to save my money for an elliptical machine or a treadmill, since I don't have enough time to goto the gym. But since I'm not working (still on maternity leave) we're having enough trouble trying to get our bills paid. So it'll be a while before I get one :(.

ETA- If my ticker doesn't show any change, refresh. :) 7.5 lbs to go until I reach my first goal of 175.

I LOOOVE the elliptical. I try to avoid running because it's higher impact, and women are much more likely to develop knee problems from exercise like that. I think I should get my own elliptical too, but I've got gym membership at the complex where I live so no need yet.

I already did 45 mins of Tae bo, and let me just say I feel awesome. I plan on doing it again today and hopefully twice a day for the rest of the week.

I can't wait until my weigh in on wednesday.

Looking forward to a weigh in instead of dreading it? That's super great!
